In Doc H interview Neill mentioned that Friday's share allocation decisions were made in discussion with “our cornerstone investor”. Neill the biggest, but some other then. SG, or anyone, is the identity generally known? Don't want to waste AGM time if can be answered here, or ask Neill a question he may not want to answer publicly - though can't think why not, really.

As has been said AGMs can be procedural and yawn-worthy , but I think the riffs tomorrow will be be Clapton esque Hendrixian, Apache, (Shadows) like.Believe something theatric in prospect.

Hopefully we can expect a huge plate of Bacon rolls but I suspect it's just tea and coffee, and maybe a few biccies! I am hoping to get there between 10-10:30 traffic permitting so hoping the doors will be open when I arrive.

What can we expect before the AGM starts at 11am? What time does the venue open? What happened last year? What time are people planning on getting there?

Re the 3rd leg I have no idea but have clearly shown recently that Thales are linked up with WMG and the Cambridge graphene centre on the energy cell topic. VRS are also heavily linked to both.

In other words it could be anyone.

The Docs interview knocked spots off Jason’s today. Not at all rushed . Jason said last week in a response to myself VRS had got to big for him . He prefers micro caps. It was great to hear Neill today . He is a very proud man. And who can blame him. Looking forward to tomorrow .my first don’t know what to expect.but it will be worth the trip just to meet the guy . DaveMac - I think that's all it looked like to most of us. Might even be a shared desk for all we know. I have no problem with that being all that's there - like we planted a flag and nothing more before now. But are his words today an indication of something more going on there? Or just a casual off-the-cuff error? Versarien certainly appear to have an impressive status within the GA, and we know that some of the ongoing collaborations are with corporations based HQ'd in the US - but I'd be very interested to hear of that office actually being charged up and functioning in some way.

In that Doc vox NR refers to "subsidiaries in US and HongKong".
Versarien HongKong we know of as a subsidiary (no activity yet, but established at least); but did I miss the setting up of a subsidiary in the USA? I know we have an office (in Palo Alto) described casually as Versarien's US HQ; but is there a US registered subsidiary company as such?

Yes, but annoyingly, there was an uncrossing trade at 186 in the closing auction which I think will be the closing price so that we will just miss out on an all time high.

I have listened to the DOC interview and for me the following seems important:

1 They sat down and in calm way did the interview instead of what is now becoming the VOX pox way

2 Confirmed he had used all the allotment powers which shareholders voted for at the last AGM so guys expect a quick speech whan he asks you to vote for more this coming year.

3 The US/UK will be "independently funded" so that is a hot topic and I expect he will be grilled on how all that will work........accounting standards will need to be resolved but this is not the time or place to go in to this until the deal(s) are done.

4 NR did the Spanish due dilegence and his thoughts as to how to wrap as many Uni's around VRS makes huge sense and besides it gives VRS access to potential customers for very little cost......excellent

5 £2.9m for the Spanish acquision as a base so he may expand on this tomorrow.

6 Balance sheet pupped up with the excess capital raised = more security with the big businesses of the world who want to do business with VRS looks good and I wont bang on about how to cut the expensive invoice discounting issues..........

Bon chance to the Board tomorrow.......would like a head count someone.
