Campbed - for info and to give you another option if needed, there is a pub right outside the GRFC ground that is owned by ex-player Mike Teague. Its called White Hart (Teagues Bar). Might be worth checking, but they used to do food all day. Cheers TBOB

I am not able to attend the AGM but would appreciate it if someone could ask for an update on this statement in the interim results, namely "Our European equipment supplier is aware that market-take up will require either significant quantities of standard equipment or custom designed equipment and we intend to enter into a collaboration with them at the earliest opportunity". TIA. TM.

Brilliant campbed and thank you ;0)
Very much appreciated.
Best wishes - Spike
I'm 'booking' two lunches right now. We will all have much to discuss.

I would add, that campbed is underwriting the costs involved/minimum number, so early acceptance can give him comfort that this is worthwhile.

As has been mentioned previously, the alternative 'haunt'(which is 10(?) miles away - Somerset Arms, Cheltenham) is not open till the evening, and doesn't actually do 'food' as such.

I am on a £400m market cap without international expansion or an order by year end.

If either of these drop from a positive collab or a Chinese/American role out then this target will be revised.

In case you think my offering to administer a post–AGM buffet lunch makes me a VRS supporter, I am. But not at any price and I think some irrational exuberance is in the share price at 175p . That’s a market capitalisation of £275m (156.88 million shares including options).

I have attempted to put a value against each RNS issued so far and expected but I cannot get to more than £200m in total.

However having bought most of my shareholding in 2017 at well under 100p I have a lot to be thankful for and in 2017 would have been totally delighted by a share price of 130p in Sept 2018. But I’m not selling any (behavioural economists note my irrationality). Actually I don’t really think it is too irrational given my personal situation, not to mention the fantastic (if not easily quantifiable) potential for 2D materials!!

For those attending the AGM on the 25th at Kingsholm (Gloucester RFC), there had been mention by some regular posters of organising a Advfn BB Supporters Club get together afterwards.

For example:

Re: post-AGM lunch at Gloucester venue? I have drawn a blank so far on that, but still trying to sort it. Would a 'stand up' buffet work, rather than a sit down meal. It would allow a greater level of mingling?

So I contacted spike_1 about this who explained he now has other pressures on his time.

Therefore I (only an occasional poster) am offering to administer such a buffet lunch after the AGM. The catering people at Kingsholm say they can provide such a lunch at £11/head with proviso that the numbers and payment are given to them beforehand. They can also put on a cash bar.

I have been in contact with the directors who say they will have to depart Kingsholm at end of the AGM. As I think they will want to leave plenty of time for Q&A I doubt that will be before 1.30pm (but I am not sure).

If you would like that buffet lunch (sandwiches/nibbles/fruit) after the AGM then please private message me on Advfn by next Wed 19th . The cost will be £11/head payable in advance through me. There will also be a cash bar. I’ll also prepare name badges for those paying for the lunch that show real name/Advfn Handle unless you don’t want one.

On that basis I see the shape of the day as:

- Pre-AGM coffee/tea/biscuits
- 11:00 formal AGM business
- Thereafter informal Q&A with directors
- (say 1.30) end of AGM with directors/management leaving

- (say 1:30 ) Post-AGM cash bar with a buffet lunch for those pre-booking and pre-paying £11 through me.

- 3pm finish

Any queries, please private message me or post them.

Those who have been in PRSM know the rise keeps going. I rode it quite long from 400p range to 1600/1800p range. There are no technicals and fundamentals changes here, so for me, selling is not an option. Some sell so early and I'm sure there are many here who did to other risers of the past. You need not many, just one or two great stocks and your future is sorted. E.g. if fest sells 1 million shares at £10, then that is 10 million for him and he doesn't need to invest that much in future. Few hundered thousands will then be enough to invest further.
