sonny - unlikely to be exactly one on one, but a handful of people surrounding Neill et al.

Having said that, last time Neill stood at the exit and shook people's hands as they left (like a vicar at church), then there is a quick opportunity IF that happens if you wait till the crowd thins.

Following on from Chimp, thinking laterally, there is so much information that they would love to share with us at an AGM, that they may well do exactly what Chimp suggests if not already released.

The Collab' updates are exactly the sort of thing within their control, and they could come out that morning at 7a.m. so that they can talk about it during the presentation / Q&A

Best wishes - Spike

Not sure if this has been posted before now, not had time to read back through the thread:

I know Dave Sweeney (IQE oracle and MIA last time I checked the IQE BB) has dismissed graphene frequently.

Sonny -it's not so much what Neill says in front of the NAMAD i.e. whilst doing the presentation and to an extent during the Q & A.

It's answers he gives during the one on one chat's where he may be able to hint more usefully. It will however depend on how cleaver the question is.

Not forgetting there are now three other potential sources if informal chat info': David, Matt and Peter.

Best wishes - Spike

EdIt: I would also go with Chimp's thinking too.

Indeed bish. The regret:'What if' 'if only' i should have' 'why didn't i?' Etc. Happy to be long here, i don't trade. but equally, each to their own. Best ellis.

I am anticipating an RNS released the morning of the AGM. Similar to the investors day. I know that an RNS has to be released as news happens but I think news like updates on colaberations and the new machinery could quite easily be timed to coincide with the AGM. I might be wrong of course.

Sonson - if there is going to be any potentially price sensitive news or agenda points at the AGM, there has to be an RNS released beforehand to ensure fair play.

I do wonder how much Neill can hint at in the AGM. Expecting things going well etc mainly.

For those interested in the psychology of gamblers (and extrapolating it to day traders, lane-hoppers, shorters, etc...) there is a recent neuroscience paper published on the subject:

Diplomat, As a former holder in IQE, I believe that a question about the use of graphene was posed at an AGM, or it may have been a question that was asked afterwards.
From memory the answer reported to be given was along the lines that IQE had lookin onto graphene but dismissed it. It is of no dagger to their current technology.

I sold my shares some days later.

Anley - I’m fairly certain Neil Hermon didn’t own VRS, or certainly not in any significant size. The bulk of the holding went with the managers and funds that travelled to Lombard Odier.

Fest, good old Stiggy, now where did he go? Is he still over in PYC trying to ramp it back above 5p, bless him. We are better off not having him on here.

LOL I guess I could get the matchbox one and spend the rest on a house instead. Probably the more sensible option. Although, then again the picture of the Aston Martin Rapide that Neill posted on twitter was rather nice.
