IMO for anyone waiting/hesitating to join because of actual price,, it may not be everyday one has an opportunity to dip in at these levels. If say a RNS with heavy content (positive progress of trials + order, new collaboration etc) comes in next week, you are talking about £2+ to pay to join the party.

Yes it definitely feels like there is someone buying which would explain the run up to 180p and sticking at this point.

Mad, nuts bananas compared to what we experienced pre the Peter Jay announcement obviously very welcome.

I've no idea what is going on. For now it feels like consolidation before the next move up, which is mad and would confound the chart guys and traders if it happened.

I have been holding these for ages, best bet as chart action is a slow rise north.

Meanwhile started to accumulate as many (TCG) from 75p as I can afford, a nice cycle bottom looks in!

Owenga has 25k shares at £100 that's £2.5 mill.

So if the dividend work out to be a 5% it's 50p per share held. So VRS would pay out £75 mill of the £1 bill profit in dividends.

They'd need to keep the £925 mill to buy back Fest's stake.

All a bit mad on the numbers but you asked and that's how dividends work. Anyone that asks when dividends are expected to be paid at the AGM should be heckled and scoffed at then removed to the coffee and biscuits area to otherwise employ their jaw imo. :-)

Indeed sonny. And yet if/when those contracts are signed, investors will look to evaluate what further potential may exist ? And attempt to evaluate and quantify it? Is there a larger graphene/2d Co on the planet than VRS at the mo -market cap wise? - talga less tthan half of I recall right & that on a lot of bluster & hot air ( & failed applications?) - If none bigger or better then obviously we are top dog - just need that first big proper commercial order now to get things going - that will likely be a World first for our little co to brag about
