IQE being shorted to 13% of shares in circulation and possibly more. Where are they going to get that many VRS?

"should VRS find themselves subjected to the sort of destructive shorting practices currently being perpetrated by US investment company T Rowe Price on IQE."

I don't think that would actually be possible Diplomat as shares in VRS are held largely by PIs, Neill etc. and not Funds. They would not be able to borrow enough and probably the reason that absolutely no institutional shorting of a notifiable level has occurred up to now.

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

Strange buy prices seem to be dropping even though buys are far greater than sells. Another large sell being worked in the background?

Not a marketing expert but it could be that the difference between straightforward success and great success for VRS may be the uptake of the +nanene branding. There will be other quality graphene producers eventually so if VRS can secure its first mover advantage with branding, just like Goretex as others have mentioned, prospects look good.

Plastic is not going away any time soon so if +nanene becomes symbolic of a product using less and recyclable material, it becomes a good marketing tool for the consumer product manufacturers too.

Add a successful brand value to the production value and you have an even more robust investment proposition.

For the convenience of readers,If you can conceive of £6 per share £1 billion for, US then using population and ignoring all but the top three countries we get with non poetic rounding to £50 per share.By GDP not currently as good but , that's now.

Thanks for that Diplomat,

Where is this speculation from , a BB or do you have an article link please?

"Neil Ricketts CEO at VRS was in South Wales recently and there was speculation of his company joining the Compound Semiconductor Cluster/Catapult "
