anley, No problems with the rns released on 3rd July. All financials set out and from what I can see business moving in right direction. Why don't you call the company and speak to either the CEO or CFO?

No one seems to know when the publication of the FINAL accounts are and therefore when the AGM will be and where.

festario, I must admit that it is tempting.. the quiet before the storm?? There is no doubt in my mind that the business is progressing and that an rns may just be released when least expected. In a thin market, due to holiday season, the price will jump under those circumstances.

Mr Dexy IMHO, WSG will announced transformational news within the next 3-4 weeks. Read the recent detective work, RNSs over the past 18 months. AGM comments from those who attended.
VRS will announce contracts im just not sure when.
I have only sold 50% of my VRS holding.
If i am correct i will top slice a few WSG @ 100p and buy back here, even if i have to pay 30-40p

I sold 60k shares earlier, (roughly 25% of my holding), to pursue an immediate opportunity elsewhere.But... the trade has not been posted, I hope they're not hiding things.. perhaps it went through on another exchange?

I had to smile to myself at the thought of swapping VRS for WSG because of the perception that VRS is failing to progress at sufficient pace...

Didn't WSG take 2 years to get a ferry going? and longer than that to tie down an airport security contract?

Don't get me wrong.. I regularly trade WSG, it can be a great little mover.. so not knocking 'em... just had to have a little chuckle.

As ever, regards to all.. whoever you're backing

I'd like a lower price to buy back in :-)

So John Henry that is possibly the reason for some of your posts to try to have the price lower for buying back in???

Nice to see everyone opening up with their investment strategies, don't particularly like other shares being promoted as it may not always be as it seems.

Anyway, I find moving to another share is usually a mistake when the share you are invested in has taken a knock but that is just my opinion.

Not happy that superg stated at one point that NR is not interested in the share price and focuses on the business. That is all well and good but we are all invested in the company and want it to do well.

What we all want to know is how it is all progressing, that gives us confidence in our investment (or otherwise) and as shareholders surely we are entitled to some information regarding the development of the company?

It may be that the company has a lot of NDA's on the go, but from the information we have there isn't one?

In my opinion graphene is on the cusp and Vrs has the go to name for graphene (even TATA mentioned them in their report as have many others). For that reason I remain positive about the future of VRS, but would like to know in black and white where the company sits at the moment on the Cambridge ink side and 2Dtech .

How about it Neill?

John, certainly a believer in WSG, three posts in a row! ;-) For what it's worth I invested again today, 88k at 17p. It's the level I was waiting for. Might drift further to 15/16p (Might!) but I don't want to miss the boat on this share. Graphene is a wonderful product and I have confidence in the team to deliver the contracts.

Ridicule if you looking for something I feel IS going to be fairly lively these next few months take a gander at WSG. some excellent sleuthing as unearthed the Country for transformational ME airport security contract. £35m per annum 15 year contract for a company valued at 20M. Just use a PE of 15-20. IMHO a tenner bagger and more.

John Henry I was the 108 seller at 10.10 today. I still have a substantial holding, but very few on here ever mention the lost 'opportunity cost' of trapped or dead money when a share languishes. I have mentioned the poor sales performance of VRS on this site several times over recent months; this has effectively stopped all the money invested here from working to create value over the period in question. I exited with a 16.83% profit on that holding this morning. This was achieved in less than 10 months. I have put the £18k to work elsewhere for a time where it can better earn its keep and possibly offset the dead money that I still have here because of the continued poor performance of the VRS share price due to lack of action.

This is not trading Superg, its active investing. I still hold out hope for VRS which is why I still have a significant holding, Neill has not delivered sufficiently to stop me reducing at this stage however. As I see it, I can get back in in around 30 secs using 3 or 4 mouse clicks. I suspect the first signs of business breakthrough here will not be instantly transformational for the share price and I may be able to add at a lower price than today if matters remain as quiet here as they have over the last 9 months.

It was back in April 2014 when VRS bought 2-DTech from Manchester Uni and they paid in cash and shares as well as raising £5m+ at 26p per share.

VRS shares that day also finished at around 29p..................so here we are in mid 2017 with the last funding at 15p and a current share price of 17p............so these developments do take a time to get going.

I am following SUPERG as he and a few others know what is what and at the same time the City holds the shares as a long term bet.

I am still waiting for the PUBLICATION of the Annual Report and the date of the AGM. It did seem strange to me that the results were pushed out undated/unsigned with no time table. In my days we did it all at the same time. Nevertheless the VRS board wishes to make an announcement either before announcing the AGM date or at the AGM.

In their position I would like to see the shares up to 20p but that is there problem.

I agree and am a long term holder here but looks like graphene may not deliver for us in the next 1-2 years if at all
I appreciate your comments about short termism but a 40 % fall in share price is going to hurt everyone hence the angst

Such threads and certain PIs want to be fed postive info constantly and they thrive on threads where most of the positives are often just made up.

There are some things that I think should have been announced but the Nomad can often have other thoughts/motives.

Unlike some I try to keep well within the rules but could through a complete loss of my senses post considerably.

I even had to change my wording there too so not to indicate either way.

Anyway as they say time will tell.

Many here are not investors they are simply chasers who jump from share to share.

Personally I can see a time here where some will be wishing for these prices. Obviously I can say that as I'm invested and being AIM and high risk reward I'm anticipating high reward.

The difference is JH is if they said who they were talking to and what about the share price in theory would be considerably higher.

However the CEO is first to state that NDAs are worthless and he wouldn't want an share price high on the back of waiting for NDAs to turn into something material.

There are things in action and from cross chat with others some of it has been picked up on but those concerned are sensible folk that keep things tight and certainly wouldn't post it on sites like this.
