Indeed re neills twitter. Npi/ngi accreditation AND npi accreditation ? 2 different UK tests ? One inclusive iso standards, the other exclusive ? Interesting if so. Likely mirrors USA NGA ? All spec, but if so, Vrs still sitting pretty in my book. Aimo. Best ellis.

I've slowly begun to realise that Kempster & Co.'s pathetic uninformed tweets allow NR to announce little snippets that couldn't be passed on any other way. Look at that last answer to DimTim, ref. Jinan, for example.

Worth a glance, Twitter-deniers....

Edit
One day all will be revealed: Kempster & Co. are actually working for VRS - subtle, but effective. You heard it here first.

Question from easybrent: When do you expect that the technical evaluation will be completed?

NR Answer: Unfortunately I am not in charge of the time scales but it is very exhaustive list, this will go alongside out graphene council accreditation exercise and npl/uom accreditation and npl accreditation.

Thanks Lovat, it's very illuminating as always to read your input.Anything that obscures the truth is rubbish, just like LIBOR.

Neill and shorters, quite a number of tweets.
This is probably most interesting so far:

When you have many counter offers it can take some time, we have a ranking system in place to ensure focus. And that isn't even the best offer now @timkempster but we'll let the market know as soon as we do

Replying to @EasyBrent @neillricketts
A free factory and scale up 100% paid for by Jinan, with 100% IP protection wasn't good enough then I guess? Funny that they are still doing DD as in Jan he said they were ready to sign. As the big man says "LOL, Laughable or maybe its LOI, Laughable".

Fest - the origin of delayed trades was to reward MMs for making risk prices. It worked well when there was just the LSE but with multiple trading venues now, it’s rubbish.

Lovat, in these days of electronic deals, quotes and money exchange, there is NO excuse for these hidden and delayed transactions. It's purely a way for the brokers to keep us from knowing what is actually going on, and give them an advantage over us for their own nefarious purposes.

Delayed trade reports are a nightmare as the parameters are all decided by the various exchanges according to daily volumes. These parameters are assessed every so often so the more liquid stocks get delayed trades less and vice versa.

The only constant with delayed trades seems to be that the process is automated so the MMs in theory can’t fudge it. One variable is that the trade report is released when the risk is unwound, which could be at any time up to the maximum delay allowed.

Buy sell guesses from exchanges should be ignored.
