20/7/2018 15:19 | Grabster I did tell them. First AGM re the news lies and BS. Then Hayd re the lies about all graphene needs functionalising and the 7 redundancies due to a lost order. Hey ho they can't say I don't help. Facts are far better than fiction. I had heard Hayd were struggling before this recent drop so now I'm wondering if there is something behind that. | ![]() superg1
20/7/2018 15:16 | Next week the regs on SB accounts change too. Minimum margins are to be raised. Anyone using the gearing to the max is going great to be in a pickle. | ![]() battery
20/7/2018 15:13 | no wonder the shorters are panicking, next week new ATHs are inbound I recon :) | ![]() a_game
20/7/2018 15:13 | Come on guys. I know I’m new to this thread and haven’t added anything of value (aside from enthusiasm) but this is fast decending into something akin to the tern thread, which is probably the most moronic thing I have ever had to read. Would be a real shame if we allowed this great community to lower its standards so dramatically. Please ignore the morons and focus on the intelligent discussion that has me logging in 10 times a day. | foolishben
20/7/2018 15:12 | superg1 - yes, those who have been attempting to make money shorting VRS would have had a much easier task doing so at HAYD over the past year. In that time, VRS has climbed almost 7-fold while HAYD has fallen more than 70% | ![]() grabster
20/7/2018 15:11 | Does anyone know if there has been any press coverage of yesterday's results, cheers | ![]() wuzy
20/7/2018 15:08 | BTW Looking at the post content of that troll and obvious F wit standard then he must be an ex stockbroker, it's part of the qualifications. | ![]() superg1
20/7/2018 15:06 | Haydale SP crashing again but the volumes don't support it. In those circs it normally means as yet unreported large sells, perhaps from a fund. | ![]() superg1
20/7/2018 15:04 | jointer - it is possible to interpret the wording on the capacity increase to 3 tonnes in more than one way. Some here have taken it to mean that the capacity for 3 tones pa is already in place; others appear to assume that it is on order and very soon (like about now) will be in place. But it could be read as indicating that orders have been placed for multiple pieces of kit, to arrive and become operable in stages over an (unquantified) timeframe, and 3 tonnes is what the capacity will be once the final piece of ordered kit is up and running. In which case, if not paid for in advance, the total outlay might not happen in this current half year - but enough kit will be operable in time to generate the necessary income needed this side of 30 Sept. ;-) If that's an unfair or incorrect scenario, someone will I guess let me know, and I will amend. NR has made clear that the company is looking to collaborate with its equipment supplier for further equipment in scale-ups beyond 3 tonnes. | ![]() grabster
20/7/2018 15:03 | Fest re the sellers/suppliers. It's the funds that hold, I've been saying it for a while. The MMs need stock so they knock on the fund doors hungry for shares. EG about 4 mill handed over to the MMs since Matt appeared to the end of June and I'd guess another 1-2 mill since. Other funds will have picked up a similar amount between them. | ![]() superg1
20/7/2018 15:00 | These levels give shrewd investors opportunities to position oneself to avoid being left behind. With VRS events are moving so fast that the share price cannot be predicted. | ![]() fuji99
20/7/2018 14:59 | Lol I was out for a cycle and a nice cream tea. Who left the the lid open on the sewer? | ![]() superg1

20/7/2018 14:55 | Loving all these shorters crying. I guess they thought results would bale them? They will have to buy at some point and that will push up the share price also. | ![]() 1crackupboom
20/7/2018 14:54 | SB which game are you referring to? | lovat scout
20/7/2018 14:45 | I am with you on that grabster they don't spend money unless its absolutely essential. "ordered additional equipment that will see our graphene capacity reach a maximum of almost 3 tonnes." | ![]() jointer13
20/7/2018 14:44 | The best bid best offer are shown in yellow . "The yellow strip".As people take those prices the volume at those prices can go.So let's say I buy at lowest offer all that there is at that price..the MM of that house peels off and might add themselves at a higher price and the offer rises , and the mid obviously, by maths. --As an aside - People talk of MM games. I think there are games but played by others. | ![]() alchemy
20/7/2018 14:40 | CS - it was me predicting one or more decent orders about to land, and expecting it to happen within 10-15 weeks. Mainly because I don't imagine a company as parsimonious as this one would have risked spoiling its cashflow/cashburn prospects by taking three expensive specialists onto its payroll, having also spent cash upscaling its capacity, unless it knew that income from a sizeable order or two was imminent and certain. The timeframe I named was because I don't imagine the company would want the outlay this half year (to 30 September) to be out of kilter with its income. There are only 10 full weeks left in this current half year. The extra 5 weeks I added was to allow the possibility that income didn't outweigh outgoings by 30 Sept, but if it came in, say, October, it would at least be reportable as post-HY when the results are published (29 Nov last year).. | ![]() grabster |
