08/7/2018 10:21 | I guess the big unknown is revenue from nanene samples. We know - because NR has said so many times - that the company gives nothing away. Therefore - presumably - those of the 100+ NDAs who have taken samples for testing (and VRS is getting small POs 'all the time') will have paid for them. How many such samples there are, and what they paid, of course we don't know, but going on the McLaren deal (and I accept that's only a sample of one) it seems the smaller the amount the higher the per g price. Anyway, that's all pure speculation. In 11 days we'll know... | ![]() club sandwich

08/7/2018 10:16 | Hi Grabster, been out since your question re my last post. I regard everything other the 2-DTech and Cambridge Graphene as the VRS old business. Having said that going forward I can see AAC potentially enjoying significant growth in the future with graphene enhanced plastics. In respect to my view re results, we know (RNS) that AAC in the year to 31/12/15 had revenue of £4.27m. We also know that VRS thermal and hardware products revenue was £4.3m up to 31/3/16 and £3.3m up to 31/3/17. We know from announcements about the downturn due to oil market affected Total Carbide. We also know that TC has picked up its biggest order in aerospace. So I have taken £4.27 and a recovery back towards the 31/3/16 thermal figure of £4.3 and AAC £4.27m which equals £8.5m Revenue. If Thermal has not fully recovered I expect other activities to have made up the difference. I believe this is about the figure that SG1 posted in a reply to you (thanks SG1) I have my own view on other revenue but as I understand in the above are some facts so won't go into any of my view and guestimates. Having said all that when you ask are we nearly there yet day. You look at the road ahead to where we are going not in the rear view mirror to where we have come from. All is well enjoy the ride. | ![]() 20pc

08/7/2018 09:46 | Had a strange dream last night. I was with some of you in the pub (especially odd since I've stopped drinking and I've never knowingly met any of you in person), and we were talking about VRS and how few-layer nanene can stop concrete cracking.
