27/6/2018 08:24 | Sorry SuperG, for Newbies...ish what's does this mean and what's the importance?ThanksAnd | ![]() andymoore07
27/6/2018 08:23 | Singer did step over those on the offer but only briefly they sit at 110p on the offer. MMs on the offer are flipping the morning sells. | ![]() superg1

27/6/2018 08:18 | SG...Take your point re China News. We must get it right before the ink flows. Locked in and waiting!! | psxtalks2u
27/6/2018 08:16 | It's getting a bit tight for the July deadline. I'm thinking Government wants a big non Eu trade deal in place before the summer recess. | ![]() alchemy
27/6/2018 08:14 | Lovat - well NR could always choose not to use Twitter. But as he does - and it being a public service and all - he should expect (and seems to accept) that it will be used. You wanna criticise someone, how about Kempster? | ![]() club sandwich
27/6/2018 08:07 | Willoicc I liked the look of TRT many years back. I had comms with Tom Bulford of RHPS on the topic. He said he arranged to speak to them (many moons back) but when he arrived for the appointment he found a car park full of flash cars (a start up company). So he thought lifestyle and BS so left without entering the building. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 08:02 | Talking about tyres. Anyone who has had the misfortune to be invested in Transense (TRT) will know that the tyres used on largge mining vehicles are hugely expensive and cost a fortune if they are out of service for any reason eg punctures etc. Those tyres would seem to be a prime 'small' target for Graphene as their high sales price would justify the extra cost of production. The mining industry urgently needs tyres with really high durability. | ![]() willoicc
27/6/2018 07:58 | So the one to watch this morning is Singer. They are on 112p on the offer. In theory they didn't pick many up end of day yesterday. So we'll see if buying comes in what they do and if sells come in with flipping in below them on the offer how they react to that. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 07:55 | Crossed posts but the same flavour I see. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 07:54 | PS That will be about China news, I think NR and co are sick to death of "China news next week" expectations. China wanted to move quickly and a deal could have been signed months back. However VRS want to go through the process very carefully and ensure it's the right deal to maximise value and then be a model to work off to expand into other countries. NR has clearly stated that a number of times. I prefer sensible chat to twitter harassment by some. When we say China news I think all mean Jinan. But if they are talking to these other provinces then I wouldn't write off a similar announcement re other provinces. On that point I suppose it depends if Jinan are talking exclusivity within China which will involve a premium deal compared to non exclusive. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 07:54 | NR/Westbrook- I feel for NR as it must be like having an STD that needs regular treatment but won’t ever go away;-) | lovat scout
27/6/2018 07:53 | I would suggest that is specifically intended for the poster psx, he has been known to get over exuberant and over critical. | ![]() luckyorange
27/6/2018 07:49 | Neill has just tweeted this in replay to an anticipated news question from Ian Westbrook. With no RNS today it does look as though he’s trying to dampen down expectations somewhat! "@neillricketts looking forward to company results in a few weeks, and perhaps an update on how China and the collabs are going? Seems to be an awful lot going on behind the scenes (meetings at No 10, now 5-6 provinces in discussion?), looking forward to the big reveal..." NR's response....."Just as long as you don't set unreasonable expectations , we will always update as much as we can" | psxtalks2u
27/6/2018 07:47 | I'm glad you said that Shavian not me and from your own research. The same was going on re Talga when they appeared and now many think it's a POS. A job ad in the UK stated they have nothing to sell but were making a lot of noise in the industry. That is a quote from the job ad. The Talga CEO in a video said Manchester Uni had told them they have the best graphene in the world. So I had a comms exchange with the company and CEO asking for the details of the exciting claim as all should know and it should be verified (as an excited investor). They refused to say who said it and back it all up, funny that. AXS and TSX is worse than the AIM so everything has to be taken with a larger pinch of salt. A big point I raised is WTF do you need a graphite mine, the claims around that are BS. I also pointed out that the world leading Vein graphite source in Sri Lanka has exports of 4000 tonnes per year total between the lot of them. The vein graphite ownership was and is nothing more intended to impress and give options to hype it. The same goes for others with world leading resource claims. These new graphite juniors are simply taking licences that no one wanted and then bigging them up via the junior stock market routes. So it's on care and maintenance now, quelle frigging surprise. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 07:47 | IMO both work, but they need massive amounts of energy so isn't commercially viable hence no scale up ... yet | ![]() mikebrenner
27/6/2018 07:46 | Oh without doubt lovat. Teatray collab shows what can be achieved to a defined timescale ! News comes when it comes, and always quality (with substance). I see some Aim firms provide a total number of customer contacts they have as 'news' in their annuals for instance. Including a rival 'graphene' co as i recall ! Aimo. Atb. Ellis | ![]() ellissj
27/6/2018 07:45 | Glad that some listened to it, there are very few Aussie companies that don't do over PI's shavian, Talga is another one! | ![]() luckyorange
27/6/2018 07:35 | Ellis, It’s a very long time but not really surprising that it takes 2 years for a company to decide to use a brand new material in production processes. I would assume that timeline reduces significantly as VRS products become more widely used | lovat scout
27/6/2018 07:34 | Lucky that is funny. The UOM same method taken by the $1 bill revenue Morgan advanced materials doesn't work but over in a shed in Aus it does. Bloody amazing. | ![]() superg1
27/6/2018 07:33 | FGR and GEIC. First Graphite (sorry Graphene’s) Non-exec Chairman Warwick Grigor makes it sound as if UOM came begging to FGR to join up with GEIC. As we now know, companies apply and pay to join, so this is nonsense. A very knowledgeable Aussie insider’s opinion is that FGR are well known locally as “pump and dump” merchants and that Grigor is a master of that art. The recent closure of their high-purity graphite mine in Sri Lanka is being sold by him as a strong move in that interview, which sounds like BS to me. I think SG showed us evidence some time ago that FGR’s ‘graphene̵ | ![]() shavian

27/6/2018 07:23 | A couple of stats in the intro to this China graphene update might be of interest: (the production of such reports is an industry in its own right of course - many copying each other, many mere guesswork) | ![]() grabster |
