20/4/2018 09:43 | On the 10 minute rule for those that do bad news bounces. For big companies and mad volumes it doesn't seem to work. It tends to have a small bounce phase and then go lower before a decent climb some time later. I forget which one did it the other day but there was plenty to be made there. It can take nerves of steel though and I wouldn't do it without level 2. You just have to be disciplined and take on board what the news actually says as it may have bust written all over it. | superg1
20/4/2018 09:40 | Ash I keep a trading pot for bad news shares bounces or anything that has been oversold on fiction. As I said with bad news the bigger the drop and the higher the volume the better, best of all is an active BB to go with it. IMM dropped something like 85% on the bad news day, On the and news rule had anyone bought that day in the early oversold area they would have been something like 85% up later on. Hence IMM with such a huge coin flip situation was a buy/buy news day. So why buy before the news etc. | superg1
20/4/2018 09:40 | Only had a chance to listen to the podcast last night. All very reassuring. It's pretty clear that it is all hands to the pump right now with only so many hours in the day. Some people keep setting themselves unrealistic time horizons and then get grumpy when things haven't happened! They are to blame for their false optimism not the management. | chillpill
20/4/2018 09:32 | I'd like to think so TFC, I have one left too, and a grapefruit! | festario
20/4/2018 09:30 | Fest, I had bananas for breakfast. Is it a sign? TFC | the fat controller
20/4/2018 09:30 | No Elliss. Mine is around 68p for 100k shares. Wish I was those 5p guys... then I had loads. O/T IMM, still hold 19K+ shares, no point in selling, still see a value, the only down side is IMM money is now locked out and time is friend there. Yes SG, cash in hand is very important. That is what I learned. Still fully invested but it never hurts to keep 2-5% cash in portfolio. | ashehzi
20/4/2018 09:29 | I can sell any amount at 67.8p, so its well under pinned at the moment. Just need buyers. | festario

20/4/2018 09:17 | Spot on superg. Vrs is all about prudent ambition. Spotting opportunity and derisking in equal measure. With this strategy, you look forward not backwards. Isn't that what the stock market is meant to do ! Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis. | ellissj
20/4/2018 09:15 | If I got a clout from a teacher, I'd get another off my Mum for misbehaving! | festario
20/4/2018 09:11 | I advocated buying IMM at 20p, I'd have been selling before now. | festario
20/4/2018 09:06 | Re Fest, IMM is being traded now to recover the lost money. Frankly, If I had money left, I would have done same. For me, the only option is to sell e.g. 10K VRS shares and trade IMM in and out but not selling VRS even though the thought keeps coming every day since the IMM big drop. | ashehzi
20/4/2018 09:00 | Fair comment fest. Although 10k mid point 8:45. See how it goes. Best ellis | ellissj
20/4/2018 08:54 | I dont understand why anyone is buying IMM or DEB | festario
20/4/2018 08:53 | No, the volumes too low. Its 68.5p to buy | festario
20/4/2018 08:51 | Lots of mid trades going through fest. That's ii buying and selling isn't it ? Anyone ?Aimo. Best ellis | ellissj
20/4/2018 08:28 | The article posted earlier about graphene inks describes in relative detail how they are made... hope they aren't giving too much away there... or is this common knowledge and there is actually a lot more to it? 'How are they made? In a microfluidisation process, graphene flakes are broken off graphite using ultra-high shear forces. 100% of the starting graphite material is converted into useable graphene flakes.
