30/6/2021 07:15 | Full year Revenue of £21k!!! That is absolutely shocking in a year that was supposed to break even. Howin Gods name are they going to survive with that and cash burn levels? | 32campomar
29/6/2021 09:20 | The theft raises more questions than answers, eg-are they insured for it?-was it done in one go or bit by bit?-why did no one notice?-what security is on site?-where's the destination for £300k worth of panels, could be a useful sales lead for Rob!This bunch must be the most hapless to ever grace AIM and gawd knows there's enough competition! | astralvision
29/6/2021 08:06 | Astralvision - VDTK ought to take a leaf out of Sunman's book in terms of PR. Their own efforts over the last 12 months have been an unmitigated disaster including last week's tweet " Another busy day at Lainate" followed a few days later with the news that £300k of inventory had gone AWOL! | chawkers
28/6/2021 11:59 | You could be right re Paragraf, gawd knows what Paragraf think of this shambles of a company. It looks to me like the whole organisation is corrupt and flawed, therefore the chances of succeeding with the current set up in terms of personnel, geographical locations, product offerings looks pretty close to zero to me.Just my take fwiw. | astralvision
28/6/2021 11:48 | I've no idea about the paragraf update, but personally I would totally discount Paragraf for the future. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they had changed direction totally. Their strategy this time last year of targeting oil, gas and mining failed miserably as we know. A new direction is the only way I can see them succeeding. Fingers crossed anyway. | dubois
28/6/2021 10:49 | You never know! Although any decent orders would have to have been RNS, so can't see there's going to be much in the way of pleasant surprises.Wonder if we will get a Paragraf update?.... | astralvision
28/6/2021 09:58 | Maybe something with the AR tomorrow or Wednesday | dubois
28/6/2021 09:01 | Interest returning with some decent buys. Have we moved forward with sales? | dubois
24/6/2021 09:52 | Have to confess I did very well here, it's a pity to see it come to this. Into administration sooner or later I guess... | supernumerary
24/6/2021 09:34 | It's quite unbelievable really. One mistake after another with an incompetent board and total lack of direction. Lord Willetts was supposed to have 'two brains' but obviously they are both on holiday. I researched the company as far as I could before buying in, but soon realised my error, so sold out at a fairly small loss - annoying nevertheless. It's a pity because in theory the company should be exciting and cutting edge. Willetts will no doubt continue to receive his salary as will other board members - again the City rewarding failure. The only hope now is probably a takeover by a well run company seeing value in their IP. | ivor hunch
24/6/2021 09:23 | 2 questions about today's RNS: 1) How regularly do VDTK conduct stock takes? 2) Will the auditors be able to sign off on VDTK's FY20 results due out on 30 June? | chawkers
24/6/2021 07:23 | To be a fly on the wall at unicorn asset management.... | 32campomar
24/6/2021 06:56 | I doubt if these panels ever existed. | jonc
24/6/2021 06:53 | How many lorry loads would £300,000 be? | willoicc
24/6/2021 06:53 | I keep thinking things can't get any worse and then they do! Extraordinary. | chawkers
24/6/2021 06:41 | If it was covered by insurance then it wouldn’t be news. As I keep saying, the Greenflex ‘IP’ Which is the core of the solar panel business is based on IP which belongs to Meyer. As for IP challenges it takes a long time on lawyer letters before it becomes more public. Raise £500k just before they notice £300k of ??? Gone missing. Could be machines, anything, could be debt recovery clandestine style, they don’t give much detail. | superg1
24/6/2021 06:40 | Well. Let's hope the people who buy them like them and come back and pay for more .. , hahah Still can't believe what I read ... | naplion
24/6/2021 06:35 | Lol good to see the sales team finally got a result. | bad gateway
24/6/2021 06:22 | If they come back for more it'll definitely be a good sign | velvetide
24/6/2021 06:22 | Hold on…. maybe they can get the insurance.Probably worth more than panels they can’t sell lol | volsung |
