Full year Revenue of £21k!!! That is absolutely shocking in a year that was supposed to break even. Howin Gods name are they going to survive with that and cash burn levels?

The theft raises more questions than answers, eg-are they insured for it?-was it done in one go or bit by bit?-why did no one notice?-what security is on site?-where's the destination for £300k worth of panels, could be a useful sales lead for Rob!This bunch must be the most hapless to ever grace AIM and gawd knows there's enough competition!

Astralvision - VDTK ought to take a leaf out of Sunman's book in terms of PR. Their own efforts over the last 12 months have been an unmitigated disaster including last week's tweet " Another busy day at Lainate" followed a few days later with the news that £300k of inventory had gone AWOL!

You could be right re Paragraf, gawd knows what Paragraf think of this shambles of a company. It looks to me like the whole organisation is corrupt and flawed, therefore the chances of succeeding with the current set up in terms of personnel, geographical locations, product offerings looks pretty close to zero to me.Just my take fwiw.

I've no idea about the paragraf update, but personally I would totally discount Paragraf for the future. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they had changed direction totally. Their strategy this time last year of targeting oil, gas and mining failed miserably as we know. A new direction is the only way I can see them succeeding.

Fingers crossed anyway.

You never know! Although any decent orders would have to have been RNS, so can't see there's going to be much in the way of pleasant surprises.Wonder if we will get a Paragraf update?....

Have to confess I did very well here, it's a pity to see it come to this. Into administration sooner or later I guess...

It's quite unbelievable really. One mistake after another with an incompetent board and total lack of direction. Lord Willetts was supposed to have 'two brains' but obviously they are both on holiday. I researched the company as far as I could before buying in, but soon realised my error, so sold out at a fairly small loss - annoying nevertheless. It's a pity because in theory the company should be exciting and cutting edge. Willetts will no doubt continue to receive his salary as will other board members - again the City rewarding failure.
The only hope now is probably a takeover by a well run company seeing value in their IP.

2 questions about today's RNS: 1) How regularly do VDTK conduct stock takes? 2) Will the auditors be able to sign off on VDTK's FY20 results due out on 30 June?

If it was covered by insurance then it wouldn’t be news.

As I keep saying, the Greenflex ‘IP’
Which is the core of the solar panel business is based on IP which belongs to Meyer.

As for IP challenges it takes a long time on lawyer letters before it becomes more public.

Raise £500k just before they notice £300k of ??? Gone missing.

Could be machines, anything, could be debt recovery clandestine style, they don’t give much detail.
