What else can they do? There will be nobody in the market that will take on their huge holding left after the last placing. So they sell what they can. Don't fool yourselves even if the company survives shareholders will be wiped out.

companycheck.co.uk is nothing to do with Companies House, it requires a registration and charges money for certain checks.

This is the official Companies House website for Verditek:



It's free.

If you look you'll find that in 2020 Verditek had net assets £2.7m (yes million, NOT billion).

Hi all, I am not clever enough to post links or screen shots but if you go onto companycheck.co.uk (which is a Companies House service) and search Verditek you will see in accounts for 2020 the billions to which I refer. Maybe it is an error on their part. Would not be the first instance.
