The patent is non issue lmao

You are just trying to deceive and effectively admit that you think the IP belongs to Meyer

Verditek came to the market claiming they had something unique with the IP to go with it. They listed the IP for other sectors but not this one.

The reason thy can't sell it is probably because of the above issue as the others with rights and permissions are aware.

Greenflex tech WAS/IS based on the Day4 technology owned by Meyer Burger.

Meyer were making the machines to produce the panels and does the to others EG Solbian.

Solbian have the rights from Meyer to produce them. Meyer in the last year or so have decided to produce solar panels themselves hence the 140 mill raise last year.

Well I'm right about VRS, and have been for seven years or more :¬) And that's from someone who's been threatened by him with court action, which I take as seriously as I do all his other threats.

But the point is that it really doesn't matter - the patent's a non-issue - they're clearly designing their way round it in the latest design as I suggested they would, at which point the whole argument will disappear into the dustbin of history where it belongs.

The real problem is that they're not selling anything, which means they'll soon run out of money, and we know what is likely to happen then...

Some people have been saying much the same about VRS for the best part of a decade. Anyway, I hear a rumour that the CEO there is going to make a court appearance soon? That should be a good laugh.

The document

So no one worries that about 6 weeks after the patent (Day4 patent as in the Greenflex document) was acquired by Meyer, it's all flogged to Verditek, then Verditek bury the name Greenflex.

Fear not if it turns out to be a con, it will get a mass of attention from various directions.

As I mentioned some time ago.

You mentioned Greenflex

The Greenflex tech was with Day4 Canada.

your comment\\

2) Why was VDTK originally established (as Greenflex) in San Marino and what (if any) connection did this have to evading EU import tariffs?

3) Does VDTK have any patented IP?

The IP around that was acquired by Meyer Burger some years ago and after Day4 Canada went bust.

Everything they said about it then, looks and reads like the technology owned by Meyer Burger.

Meyer used to supply the machines, and one or two were licensed to produce flexible panels as they had already bought the kit from Meyer.

Now Meyer are moving to producing the panels themselves, as also pointed out some time ago.

It's called Smartwire.

Looks like Unicorn was well mugged off by Verditek. I'm sure they have rather better channels than mere ordinary shareholder mortals.

Unicorn picking up 18.8m of these, around 5.5%, last November must be livid with BOD.
Circa 50%+ loss currently.

Even at 2p I can't see there being much demand for a CR from investors. VDTK have burnt too many bridges with investors over the last 12 months.

I wonder if Paragraf are taking longer because they are now working with the second generation more technically advanced panel that is expected to produce 350 watts per panel. Even if this is the case, the Company should inform us what is happening. If the Results are next month, they need to tell us what is happening in those Results.

One year plus and counting under Rob, last decent sale was in August, and I don't think that has shipped yet. Wonder how long a company with 18 salesman can go without announcing a sale! Should get some announcements soon as we ramp up towards the next placing.Anyone for 2p placing?Wonder whatever happened to that Paragraf update that Rob and his partner in crime Paul were ramping to high heavens?

Read it and weep. What happened Rob?Oh well, another year, another fund raising, another wait for 'new' certified panels.Ho hum.7th May 2020 'I believe the Verditek Solar product is very well positioned to become a market leader in the ultra-lightweight, flexible solar market. The Company's TUV approved product has numerous potential applications that hitherto were not available to the traditional, heavy and fragile solar panel technology. I believe major new market opportunities are now opening in military, transportation, cellular telecoms to name a few, where the advantages of a highly durable, efficient ultra-lightweight solar solution will now be embraced.

Interesting , but not the mass market that VDTK are going to need to make any head way. What’s the potential re Flin yachts practically? Few hundred panels a year in a good year?

A sneak-peak of a photo shoot by #FLIN using #Verditek panels on their next generation of FLINsail, the solar system for sailing yachts. Thanks for selecting our lightweight solar on your amazing product. We look forward to seeing the finished results!
