ddtI agree the market is there and ripe for someone to take advantage of.So far, despite various changes in management, VDTK have failed to make any inroads whatsoever and spent a fortune doing so.Re the crowd funding lot, well, Unicorn , who took a decent stake in the funding round of last October got it spectacularly wrong, as we all did at that time.VDTK are nothing if not persuasive esp when they are trying to raise funds.The base case for this year was something like 20MW. They've sold a few panels to date, that's it! Another year of failure beckons.I thank you for your honesty, boils down to blind hope and a bit of a punt. That's fair enough. Let's see what happens.

I don’t have any insight into the company. Have only exchanged a few emails with Rob; tried to get info out of Paragraf but to no avail. Perhaps it’s blind hope but I am going by sheer market size, companies’ investment drive to switch to green energy and most of all their past failures to deliver any sales. That might sound crazy but I believe that management is just as keen as us investors to make money. I wasn’t interested to read their year end accounts but I do believe their strategic outlook is aligned with the general market sentiment. Whether can deliver remains to be seen but at this current price I think it’s worth a punt. Crowd for Angels seem to be new on the market and a very small fund by the looks of it and unless they have deep pockets why would they underwrite £250k if they thought the company is going to fail. So there you have it, a very non-scientific, non technical summary.

ddtI did give Rob a chance, but he consistently lied to me and to other investors that I'm in touch with, they include HNWI. Is your stance based on anything at all other than blind hope?If it is, I'm all ears. You seem a reasonable chap, to be fair, so what is it about VDTK currently that justifies your optimistic stance?As there is nothing in the recent results or news releases to indicate any sort of turn round is underway.I trust your optimism isn't based on dear old Rob whispering sweet nothings in your ear.He is very persuasive and believable, trouble is none of it comes true, eg orders, cash flow positive last year, overseas factories etc etc. And where are we with Paragraf? Last year Rob reckoned we would be running Graphene lines by now!!!

ddt/RobThere she bows was wrt breaking down through 2.5p, or something like that.Now you get winners and losers, that's no problem with me, but this lot lie and deceive, that's unacceptable. Now if they were to turn over a new leaf, if they could win some orders, if they stopped haemorrhaging cash then maybe I'd be interested.But until that time then folks should be aware of the considerable track record these guys have got for making stuff up.Now if you can make money out of this shower, good on you, but I will not be joining the ride! What have they done so far this year, apart from the usual run out of cash and the new one in having stock nicked!

Hi Dubois, great to see you've made a reappearance. I was worried we had lost you.
My comments still stand. What has fundamentally changed?
I am far too kind to ever gloat at the misfortunes of others, but clearly many will justifiably award one of us with the title of 'chief clown'.
Please don't disappear again if it turns out to be you. You will be greatly missed for your valuable and insightful analysis.

Dubois To what do you attribute the 79% rise?Has Rob been leaking info again. Mind you, he's info ain't worth a light.Perhaps they've tracked down the stolen goods ? I note they've not updated the markets anymore on that episode.

Agree with Dubois. Same goes for our pool owner and former CEO Astralvision. Your last post was ‘there she blows’. I bet you regret not having bought back in at 2p 😁 and hopefully stops you now from posting more bile on here! This stock definitely has momentum and some positive outlook!

Horseposture, this is what you said on 1st July.

"If you saw a donkey at the Grand National paddock with odds of 1,000 to 1, some people (like Dubois) might be tempted to have a flutter. However, donkeys simply can't jump fences that big. Similarly, VDTK is running out of cash and, in order to jump Fence 1, it needs another £5m to replenish the balance sheet. Guess what, the clever little donkey that was a 1000/1 odds, waited at the back of the filed until all the horses had fallen and taken the fences out. The darling little donkey simply strolled round and was awarded a "walk over"

Yes we are up 79% in 7 days.

Horsposture, you don't get medals for being a plonker or abusing people. Be nice as it is much more rewarding.

They raised £250000 from crowd for angels 2 months ago and were aiming for another £250000; they have to service that fund raise too each quarter as well as providing warrants in the terms of the loan at 3.1p; this is an insignificant amount of money to run a company and yet has onerous terms. Unless there's been a leak this is just a bounce off the low; will continue to keep a close eye on developments here but unfortunately there have been very few positive ones over the past year.

I think you will find that they have raised the money required and will be announced in next few days. I contributed to the money raised and think its a good bet.

I think a huge contract has been signed , if I have to guess it must be military as Chinese competition is too high for commercial , and any European government will not buy from the Chinese any equipment that they will use , not in a million years

If that is the case , this means more to follow, this stock might turn around quick if just one good European contract is signed

the news coming must be super big, you don't go 40 percent up in less then 24 hours without a reason
