Confident is spelt confident not confidAnt.

If you wish to be credible, learn how to spell and improve on your argument. Presentation is key. Incessant posting and repetition makes you look like a tit.

You will find that the wiring looms are produced by machine, the purchaser of the machine buys with it the license to day 4 technology. Or you can purchase the looms from a licensed company in Taiwan. Both of which Verditeck do, along with all the competition that want shading technology incorporated in their panels. They are at full capacity in the factory fulfilling orders with more on the way hopefully soon.

Nov 2011

The Chairman and CEO of Day4 Energy (TSX: DFE), John MacDonald, has given the CEO role to George Rubin. The firm announced dismal third-quarter results: revenues of $14.5 million, down 65 percent from the same quarter in 2010 and 38 percent from the second quarter of 2011. Gross loss was 20.4 percent for the third quarter of 2011. Net loss for the third quarter of 2011 was $9.3 million. The firm, in a feat of spin, calls itself "a leading global provider of solar photovoltaic (PV) products and solutions." The firm has PV cell interconnection technology that it is now looking to license.

So it all fits well and sure enough Day4 license it to various companies as in other posts and the mention of such licensing is in the VDTK admission doc and the Greenflex brochure which lists Green power industries too.

Perhaps I'm missing it but as yet I can find no deal between

Progetto Ambiente S.r.l.

and Day4 of Canada.

So that company Progetto Ambiente S.r.l. founded in 2011.

Green power founded 2/3/2012

Greenflex 29/1/2015

Verditek 10/4/2016

Verditek IPO Admission doc publication 27th July 2017.

Early 2012 Day4 goes bust bought out by the management

From some news comment back then

In 2010, Day4 was struggling under an $84 million debt and was forced to lay off 30 employees, which reduced the company’s staff from 200 to 170. Its debt deepened to $126.4 million by the end of December 2011, prompting the company’s auditors to reiterate its doubt the company can continue as a going concern.

So some time in 2011 to 2012 (from the admission doc)

Under licence from Day4 of Canada which goes to Greenflex it seems going by the Greenflex Brochure.

The Greenflex brochure has no visible days on it but searching it using dates indicates the numbers 2012 and 2103 were on in. The search facility highlights the documents but it's blank, so it seems potentially removed numbers. I can only assume they were originally dates.

Greenpower was inc on 7/3/12 and gets mention in the document.

Still no hits.

You guys are either lazy, or don't want others to know.

Don't worry I'll inform them here at some point.

Now for the timeline to try to work it out

But first

In 2011 he co-founded Progetto Ambiente S.r.l. set up to manufacture innovative solar modules under licence from Day4 of Canada. In 2012 he co-founded Green Power Industries Limited, an English registered company. He developed the intellectual property and know-how to manufacture the Greenflex San Marino innovative flexible solar power product which he helped design and which he has since assigned to Greenflex San Marino.

I am invested in both companies! Vrs will deliver eventually. I have done a lot of research and understand why it is taking longer than first thought. However even our ceo made it seem like it was just around the corner. If only Rob could take over from Neill, then Versarien would start to take off, with someone that can close deals:)

Still no hits on the key words on this thread.

When someone posts using those words the post will appear when I search.

Who is going to be first, or don't you want it on here.

It looks pretty devastating for me for the Verditek solar business. IF Verditek are using the Greenflex Day4 technology

Once more, there is nothing in the news of information that suggest otherwise it only leads to Day4 tech.

If they aren't using it (seems they are) they why not, as others are getting some huge backing using it.

Come on guys it's simply to find.
