20/9/2020 08:11 | McFly. Great information. I so hope that this board can get back to this level of detail and informative contribution. | rogerramjett
20/9/2020 07:14 | TW likes Verditek about as much as the world like him. I am not sure what he feels he has exposed ? A very confused individual 😕 Notice how anything he posts on twitter has zero likes and zero re-tweets. Another absolute nugget that has far too much time on his hands. | rogerramjett
19/9/2020 23:32 | I have found something far more plausible than superglue's comments and TW's tabloid journalism: "World War II bomber found on moon vanishes" | weyweyumfozo

19/9/2020 21:39 | Superg1. You are Cracking up. Behaving like this is an obsession. Undo the bad work you have done and take a break Now is not the time to be making yourself look a tit. This has to stop for your own sake. Get some sleep. | rogerramjett
19/9/2020 21:37 | Absolute gibberish. Zero credibility. Must be 1. On drugs 2. Have a serious mental health issue 3. Both Or 4. Just a 4 letter word beginning with c and ending in t, for wasting their own time with some poorly executed agenda which nobody can follow. | rogerramjett
19/9/2020 20:02 | No mention of Meyer on here The lot of you (it seems) didn't simply click the extra detail to be seen under the assignments for the patent. Then you would have seen Meyer Burger who are launching the Day4 based tech solar panels in 2021 own the patent. A £140 mill raise largely to do that launch, factories in Germany. But the Nomad and Verditek let you think it was IP unique to them. Meyer are now fully aware of what tech Verditek are suspected of using. There is a point to DYOR research on the AIM instead, of trusting what is pushed out by chancers. Now it's up to the regulators to have a look to see if all is well re claims. | superg1
19/9/2020 15:23 | scrutable and others - thanks for the kind words. Not really a lot of time - a couple of hours I guess - the patents are easily searchable, although understanding the status of the odd overseas filings - Korean/Taiwanese etc - isn't always straightforward. My background is in IT, originally designing very large and complex computer and telecoms systems, latterly assisting with sales proposals for such systems. My last project was helping IBM in the US sell a billion dollars worth of kit to the USPS - bigger than usual, but not otherwise atypical. | supernumerary
19/9/2020 13:30 | Great post SN | mcfly79
19/9/2020 13:02 | Supernumary Are you or have you been a barrister?. Your research, analyis and argumentation are impressive and do a good demolition job. Your post 2507 must have taken a lot of effort - so ..Thanks | scrutable
18/9/2020 20:27 | Yes. Great post SN. Well executed. Thank you for taking the time. | rogerramjett
18/9/2020 20:02 | Thank you SN for your outstanding contribution to the board, much appreciated. | astralvision
18/9/2020 19:23 | Absolutely brilliant post Thankyou for taking the time to put the record straight | 32campomar
18/9/2020 19:22 | 32campomar 'Come on Festario, you’re better than this' Sadly he's not mate, he excels at this type of agitation .. | cyril henry hoskin
18/9/2020 19:07 | Well the gerbil's finally fallen off his little wheel and released the sum total of his many hours of 'research' and many pages of gibberish posting. It amounts to one (1) patent which has been assigned to Meyer Burger AG. One patent! The idiot fails to even mention the other twenty-five (25) patents that belonged to Day4. Probably because he doesn't even know they exist. Every one of these other patents has been abandoned or lapsed because fees weren't paid. So all the mad FUD about shading efficiency, total surface availability etc is just so much blah blah. As a typical example, one of the 25 patents: ------ Photovoltaic module string arrangement and shading protection therefor Current Assignee DAY4 ENERGY Inc Status: Abandoned ------ This is the actual patent he's so excited about: ------ Electrode for photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic module Current Assignee Meyer Burger (switzerland) AG Status: Active ------ What does it consist of? A design that puts a matrix of solder-coated wires in a layer of adhesive, so they can be low-temperature soldered to the electrode. That's it, folks. That's all there is to see. And why is that the only patent that's still active? I don't know for sure, but I guess it's because Meyer Burger make machines that depend on it, and they wanted to make sure that no patent trolls got their hands on it and tried to extort money for its use. In other words it was defensive, not aggressive. So what's the net effect for vdtk? Several cases: 1. they no longer use the technology, so it's irrelevant; 2. they have rights negotiated long ago, as claimed in the Admission document; 3. they use machines made by MB, and get it by default; 4. they have no rights but need it, and if MB insist, they'll have to buy a licence for it. We can judge the likelihood of this by the fact the patent was assigned to MB nearly 4 years ago, and since then they've taken no action. Why would they bother for what would amount to a pittance? 5. they have no rights, MB refuse to licence it, and so they have to design round the patent. Since the patent dates back to the last millennium, and there have been significant technology advances since then, I have no doubt they could design round it very easily. If I were doing that job now, I wouldn't even think of using the patented method - why not just use a dual-nozzle inkjet printer with conductive ink and low-temperature solder? It would save all that messing around with adhesive and rolls of wire, be cheaper and quicker, and probably result in a thinner layer. In other words, it's a TOTAL NON-PROBLEM. To the final observation. The share price isn't falling because a nutcase posts endless drivel on this board - if that was true, how would any AIM share with an advfn thread ever go up? It's falling because of the inexorable rule that in the absence of news, prices on AIM fall. As if to prove the point, just take a look at VRS which is following that rule in spades. Although I have to admit it does also have more than its fair share of rubbish posting... Oh, and finally, if Meyer Burger are going to build a massive factory to start manufacturing rival panels, so what? All it does is prove beyond doubt that experts think there's a huge and rapidly-growing market to aim at - exactly what vdtk wants. | supernumerary
18/9/2020 18:57 | I am a new investor yeah but I’m always open to hearing both sides of an argument . Rather than endless speculation I am happy to email the company and ask directly if no one else wants to. However The nature of the question needs to be specific . If you’d like me to ask them then post on Herve what question you would like me to pose and I will let you know what response they give. That will hopefully put it to bed and stop the descent into acrimony | rheumking |
