It seems that yet another batch of pre-prepared drivel has appeared.

So the technology you thought Greenflex/Verditek owned going by their admission document doesn't belong to Verditek at all.

You thought it did, you thought it was unique. That technology described is the same Solbian use but under license just like Greenflex did.

BUT Verditek have never said it's not their IP have they.

They have let investors believe it is unique and IP protected, hence your excitement Scrutable, making the fatal error of not doing research.

I'm here as someone asked me to research it.

So them comes the next point

Do Verditek still have the permission to produce solar panels based on the IP as mentioned above which Greenflex were using.

I posted the details from the Greenflex brochure

The cell layout in a Greenflex module with Day4 technology allows the design of up to nine independent operating segments. If one is shaded, the other eight keep working,

Further from the Greenflex brochure

The core of our advantage is the Day4 patented technology that interconnects solar cells and collect the paower they generate. This innovation replaces the conventional high temperature cell soldering process.

The admission document where they mention Day4 anyway

interconnectivity of the individual PV cells in each panel replacing the high temperature solar cell soldering

So there is no doubt what Greenflex now Verditek were doing it patent protected technology belonging to someone else.

Just looking in, seems to be a lot of misinformation going on here.
Didn’t Verditek acquire 100% of Greenflex last year?

As far as I know yes they own the ip. However I know the ip is not unique for flexible solar.https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/news/market/6426632/Verditek-buys-out-remaining-share-of-Greenflex-Energy-solar-subsidiary

Step by step

So the technology quite clearly (if you check) appears to be the same technology licenced form Day4 Canada.

The clue is the interconnectivity and replacing the high temp needed for soldering.

The Day4 Europe videos show how that work.

The low temp solder interconnectivity is what the IP is all about.

That IP was developed by Day4 energy.

So it's not case of others having flexible panels like Solbian. Solbian technology is based on the Day4 patent. Solbian openly admit it's biased on that technology for which they have permission etc.

So it seems you didn't miss others with technology out there, you missed the fact they have the same technology.

Then

the selling points of Greenflex San Marino’s main technology are the following product innovations:

interconnectivity of the individual PV cells in each panel replacing the high temperature solar cell soldering required in the manufacturing process of traditional solar panels;

In 2011 he co-founded Progetto Ambiente S.r.l. set up to manufacture innovative solar modules under licence from Day4 of Canada. In 2012 he co-founded Green Power Industries Limited, an English registered company. He developed the intellectual property and know-how to manufacture the Greenflex San Marino innovative flexible solar power product which he helped design and which he has since assigned to Greenflex San Marino.

You have admitted you thought Verditek had something unique and patented and hence you have piled in excited about it.

You say I'm like a dog with a bone, just as well as you would still think it's unique and they are patent protected.

But you are still missing the point or denying it.

My line on this BB has been that Verditek have allowed PIs to fill in gaps that are not necessarily true.

I have posted the admission document. The tech comes from Greenflex, everyone agrees.

From that document

Greenflex, has been assigned absolutely, with full-title guarantee, all the rights, title and interest in and to the intellectual property rights and know-how necessary to produce the solar PV technology developed by Claudio Marati, a director of Green Power Industries Limited.

Ok, have you got that bit.

Maybe because they bought and developed it. Just like Vrs bought 2d tech and developed it . Did you take your anti psychotics this morning wannabe copper?

It's finally dawned on me, after 55 years of thinking otherwise, that crime DOES pay... and it pays handsomely. It's getting more prevalent and more ingrained into all levels of society and every country. The sooner one accepts that, the sooner one realises there is SOD ALL you can do about it.That's when I actually started to relax a little.PRG, Meldex, QPP, the list is endless.

PRG was a deliberate blatant fraud, Nomad included. But they are untouchable, all AIM CEO's and nomads are.The FCA, The ombudsman, Capital Law, no one would attempt to look into PRG.

So are You saying Verditek forgot to mention (by omission) that the tech is not theirs and is sold by other companies.

Yet in the admission doc it clearly infers they IP is theirs.

Quite a material point I believe when it comes to getting money from others.

No .... truth seeker.

Let’s get the truth out there then make investing decisions based on accurate information not letting PIs make false assumptions.

Scrutable has already confessed to being misled by omission.

Always the same when you have a relatively large position to close out if things don’t go to plan.

It is very rare for a product to be unique and entirely without competition.

What on earth are you on about.

That’s the whole point it isn’t and the IP owners (I’ll leave you to name them)
have enhanced the efficiency.

Solbian have a license for it too on the original tech.

I don’t know of any example where ignorance is bliss on the AIM.

Do you recall confessing you were at risk of losing your house if the share price continued down and you needed PIs to buy so you could exit.

You then pumped it on certain threads to help with your exit when it was clearly pointed out in detail the company must be lying.

You have a severe gambling issue via gearing and have been that way for a long long time.

Scrutable

You are as cantankerous and in denial as always.

You did the same on GDL. Omission .... You mean deliberate misinformation to get backing, if you are accepting they misled investors.

Btw someone else is launching high efficiency versions early next year and manufacturing them. The company that actually owns the IP Vdtk seem to be using.

Good luck with your no doubt large over-geared holding.

This won’t be the first time you have posted to purely protect your position.

Remember GDL and what you tried to do their to save your own ass, get other PIs to buy when do you could sell. You confessed it ‘privatelyR17;.

Lovely guy but no morals when it comes to chivalry.
