Hilarious to watch the breathtaking hypocrisy of superg1 here, trolling a share he holds none of & attempting to destroy this thread.

Wonder if it's occurred to VDTK followers they can return the favour on his own ramping thread for perennial disappointer & jam tomorrow specialist Versarien -

Perhaps his followers over there would like to see if what's good for the goose is good for the gander!

The ones I mentioned are not competitors, they openly declare the tech they use is licensed from Day4

So why have Verditek not declared that.

Quite clearly they have tried to infer they own the IP which they do not.

Others are selling solar based on exactly the same technology, Verditek are apparently nothing more that a reseller of Day4 technology like Solbian.

Day4 licensed with a number of companies way back which included Greenflex but others have been selling the product and made traction.

So why the secrecy around Day4. Do Verditek still have a license, why not mention it.

Then add in failures to mention contracts not achieved as in recent news.

Where is this factory. NOTE the Solbian factory is in Italy.

So you crack on ignoring what you were oblivious too.

There is more you have not spotted but that affects all using Day4 tech which needs some careful questions and exchanges first.

I will be raising the issue with relevant parties.

If anyone wants any better indication as to how oversold this is, we are effectively back to the levels when VDKT announced a $2.2 million contract win with SAF international who had a finished a trial of the technology only a matter of weeks ago. It sent the price soaring to 18.25p.

i don't think he is saying they are bad - just that they have a license to sell them like others do - do please correct me if wrong - i'm on skimming mode as i have vdtk on my watch list.

I don't think the Sunpower flexible panels are IEC certified either. They don't state that they are on their material.

To be very successful Verditek only need to meet a tiny fraction of the annual demand for flexible solar cells.

There are only a handful of competitors with similar panels that are IEC certified competing in the space, and Verditek panels compare very well on price (profitable selling at 1+ Euro/watt compared to 5-8 Euro/watt for Solbian).

From everything I’m seeing, Verditek have a unique route to market strategy, targeting EPC companies for diesel-to-solar projects in off-grid locations (oil & gas, mining etc). Huge, untapped markets where Verditek are hoping to establish a footprint and brand.

Yes , why do you keep on about it's not unique? When we already know and acknowledge it. Why do you keep on a on?

Why does Superg1 believe that we (the real shareholders) think that the product we manufacture is unique?

Is this their pathetic little contentious argument. I for one have never been under the illusion that there are not similar product on the market. In fact there are many solar PV products on the market. Not sure we invested due to uniqueness and certainly never under the illusion that VDTK had the IP.

What an absoulte bell end this person is. Going to great lengths to churn out 'research'to discredit a company. What is the end goal for this Superg1 ?

Are they that narcissistic, like TW that they believe there posting can change or affect a share price What a pratt.

So it all belongs to Day4 and has been on the market for some time with others companies like Solbian.

Perhaps everyone knew that, same tech.

Check out the claims, re how light it is.

2mm thick, less than 3kg m2 some less than 2kg m2. Verditek said quite clearly they have the lowest watt per kg tech, yet they never state what is exactly that is.

On looking it seems to me the Admission document is potentially highly misleading so I'll send everything to the FCA and Aim regs to see if they have an opinion.

BUT, of course perhaps you knew all of this and invested knowing others sell this product on license from Day4

Verditek have been upfront about the fact that there are competitors in the flexible market. They list them in presentations.

And if you hunt around enough. By the way the access seems to have been changed on the web since it was found but I have downloaded it.

Just the same as Solbain and Day4 Europe. Day4 license it.

So Verditek still have the license they do day some of the originals have and some haven't. But potentially another twist but I need to what for a reply from the relevant company first.

..............

details form Greenflex Green power industries etc

The Day4 cell interconnection technology minimizes cell-to-module energy losses. In addition, the low temperature production technology allows the use of ultra thin and temperature sensitive PV cell.

Shade reduces the efficiency of solar PV modules. A unque technology developed by Day4 enables optimum performance by maximizing the energy yeld, even when the module is shaded by trees and buildings or partially covered by leaves, dirt or snow.
Conventional solar modules contain three zones of interconnected cells. When even a small portion of one zone is shaded, the entire zone may no longer collectenergy, reducing the module performance.

The cell layout in a Greenflex module with Day4 technology allows the design of up to nine independent operating segments. If one is shaded, the other eight keep working,

Mcfly79 - 08 Sep 2020 - 13:10:16 - 1949 of 2207 Verditek- Transforming Solar Energy - VDTK

A few of us here have done a lot of research into the company. I’ve spoken to the company a number of times and to competitors.

Comparable panels are Solbian. Similar structure and iec certification.

Here is the price list for Solbian. They supply to the marine industry and charge 5-8 Euro/watt.

Verditek are making good margins at 1 Euro/ watt and are winning orders in the marine sector.

Verditek has unique technology , but there are other companies also selling flexible panels.

I highlighted solbian a few days ago.
