Herb Clark , Today's rise is in reaction to an over-cooked sell-off before, & today's RNS.
You'll have to read the RNS for yourself to pick out the bits which suggest the company isn't yet about to disappear, & in fact has some reasonable projects/prospects.
For contrary views you only have to glance through some of the recent postings here.

After all these years and a share price of 5p-incredible. Got to feel Lipski was little short of a conman...present lot are struggling amateurs.
Best to mentally write this off and maybe revisit in a year.
