More big sales today for this rubbish

I doubt they'll raise money easily under current circumstances, it's not beyond a stretch of the imagination to see suspension if it cant remain a going concern.

Either way, looks like any fund raise - if achieved - will be a shocker in price and dilution.

Complete bargepole stock, always was.

They've learned a lot from the 20m quid they've blown, just think how much they can learn when they blow through the next 20m quid

Why do I get the impression that Owenski is talking to himself? 80.25% of this company is in the hands of institutional investors (see VLS web site - Investors - AIM rule 26) who have made no move to get out. Maybe they are optimists, but hedge funds aren't run by idiots and I woulld hardly call RA a muppet. A touch of the Empty vessels perhaps.

The truth of the matter is, one doesn't have to buy the rubbish in the first place, secondly, if one has bought the rubbish, one can always sell, one is never a prisoner one can get the hell out.

These buy and hold muppets are the worse, they're convinced they're right and the market is wrong, next thing is, they've lost 90% of their capital.

This was never a business and should've just be some offshoot research for some oil company, it's a disaster as a floated company, it just isn't a business.

The real significance of this announcement is that we now have a truly global partner with real financial muscle to support the Velocys global bio refinery roll out as well as today's news on UK project.
I think the importance of this partnership cannot be overstated and I am sure we will hear further news and collaboration in coming weeks
Great news

Really???? How's that financial muscle working out..... Oh dear.

Really, at the end of the day, it's just an expensive lab experiment that had unproven commercial scale potential, they ran it at Envia and squeezed out some product, but clearly not enough to be financially self sustaining even with volume related subsidies.

If it was that good, Envia would hold on or try and raise money while getting the leaky reactor back into service.

VLS are now gonna try the same experiment elsewhere with all the costs and risks still inherent, but will need more mugs to stump up yet more cash while they play around.

Complete bargepole.

Nobody gives a toss about global warming, all they care about is profit, large petrochemical industry is not going to give up its cash cow without a fight.

Only legislation can change by making fossil fuels exorbitantly expensive will we see alternatives being taken...economics always play a part in decision making.

I told gac about 2 years ago this was just burning cash and not much to show for it, share price went down as the cash disappeared....

Writing was on the wall when Kipskei or whatever his name got the bullet for unknown activities....I doubt there is anything that can be salvaged....Shame, tech is proven to work, maybe look at smaller operations and produce high value products.

I doubt if anyone would pump money into this rubbish even at this level, wouldn't surprise me to see 3p fund raise with massive dilution.
