You are miss representing a single comment made in a different platform. It was not a conversation and it was not twitter and your comments were not appropriate to the professional platform. I was posting on a non ValiRx related work trip.

ORCH
Intriguing times with this. If Ravi decides to take it private - at what price - 64,000 dollar question. Nice move today though. Still a holder after the recent pain.

Orchard The company notes that the current share price is at a material discount to its most recently audited net asset value of £17.75m, equating to 83 pence per ordinary share and, as a result, the board has decided to conduct a review of its current capital allocation policy and the benefits of the continued admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM.

Suzy "as the Company grows it is appropriate for an individual with experience of leading larger companies is sought to better serve the Company's needs. "Larger mkt cap or larger costs ?!!With all due respect Suzy we aren't a larger company than when you took over as CEO in 2019/20.

Porky9 ignore the beaten dogs.
The trouble here is that there are many amateur traders who show themselves as long term investors.
These amateurs, who are totally underwater, need two main conditions to sell the glut of shares in their hands:
1) a rising share price,
2) investors actually willing to buy.

...and it is simply not happening.

Porky.
You were a kn0b last week and now you're an even bigger kn0b this week. Give up and go deramp somewhere else that you are actually invested in.

Bad memories of this company. Lost 95% of my investment it must be 15 years ago so sold out my shares. Amazing to see it's still fleecing investors.

@Jason
1. I have actually helped a lot of people by pointing out both sides of the equation so they can make more informed investment decisions as I have been able to share my own research notes hence potentially saving them money.
2.If posters on these boards only post ramps and want an echo chamber of a discussion board how does that help anyone evaluate an investment? What’s the point in that? Frankly I have done a lot of homework here and been happy to share that whilst cutting through some of the absolute BS posted here.
3. IF anyone has “anxiety”; they really should not be buying penny shares. They are high risk plays and should only ever represent a small percentage of your overall portfolio. Some win big but a lot lose. Many Bios specifically have had a rough two years. This one has suffered majorly imo as a result of poor management.
4. I continue to follow this play in the “hope” that Adrian gets his act together clears the dead wood, refocus of the business from H2 and IF it’s investable at that point I might be interested in supporting and buying in. As it stands I remain out as I consider the stock uninvestable
5. You only want to ramp this penny play Jason because you stupidly brought back in on this ridiculous forum and Twitter gossip that EUDA was merging with THX and as a result would complete on a three year old LOI for 201 and want to flip a profit on any possible resulting spike. Your bet failed, it lost but you now want to sucker others in to try and get out. Shame on you frankly.

My advice Jason is if you are getting “anxiety”; from this stock, cut your losses and don’t buy penny shares.

Porky Stop. Please. Have you no shame. Coming on here posting more than anyone by quite a margin in a company you’re not invested in. Do you realise that so many are in anxiety because of valirx? We don’t need salt rubbing into our wounds mate. If you continue it will show that you and slater have no compassion and that 🫵🏻do indeed resemble vipers.🪝
