Disaster Dilly will need to go first. I looked up the definition of pig-headed. Who do you think it suits
----------------------------------------

Pig-headed.

Stupidly obstinate. Someone who's extremely stubborn, refusing to change their mind even when it's in their best interest, is pigheaded. It's almost impossible to get a pigheaded person to listen to advice.

Step forward Suzy

So nico115 at what price are you willing to put up new money and how big a raise would you participate in? 😊

Once all changes have been made of course.

Yeah right, best case scenario is new appoints made/ new scheduled, liabilities settled and discounted raise scheduled so they can trade forwards from H2.
I'm calling 2p for £ 1.5m or possibly 1p same basis as APTA.
BUT the changes have to happen.

You seem to have suffered some mental trauma of some kind. I worked in mental health rehabilitation for a while with war veterans. One guy I worked with wouldn't interact with other people, he just went on isolated walks for miles, sad really. The trauma of war is horrendous.

Mark Eccleston2h • EditedSuper excited to share that I will be working with the team at ValiRx to support their preclinical evaluation, in-licensing and development of a range of assets.More details in specific programs to follow but this allows me to leverage my technical background in drug delivery, drug development and epigenetics. Will be helping with the commercialisation of ValiRx's translational Contract Research Organisation, Inaphaea Ltd. We've started commercialising the unique collection of nearly 500 Patient Derived Cells (PDCs)) which are being deployed in 2D and 3D preclinical models for drug development.Looking forward to a transformational year.

Porky9 Premium MemberToday 16:25Posts: 6,792Price: 4.05@PM2022Just to clarify, No not a buyer until Suzy removed as CEO. It has to happen ASAP.TbH the change will ultimately be good for SH but I don't see anyway out of it. SH have been completely shafted IMO and will take a short term hit. But better to raise with a new board insitu than raise to give cash to suzy and Co.The damage has already been done, the share price hasn't caught up yet but it will, THX won't be completing, suzy has sold SH a pup IMO - sorry.

@JasonPugh
It’s not a bloody Willy Waving contest is it, who more accurately predicted the dire set of circumstances before us, who cares? I take no joy in watching how badly long-term share holders can be treated by a business, but we are here now and its what happens next that counts.

Heck of a lot of cleaning up to be done now as I see it.

IMO Nick is 100% right her position is untenable. In effect we have an £80k Scientist in a £180k CEO role position she is incapable of doing and she has not intention of giving that up anytime soon. That situation must change but she also has a three-month notice period.

So, in layman’s terms, end of this month notices out to shareholders confirming EGM date and end of April EGM held. I suspect all resolution points will be passed.
The resolution mentions new chairman by 31st May 24 which sounds well thought out and realistic to me. I would hope that Suzy gives notice of her CEO position in April because we will still be stuck with her on the CEO pay perks for three more months so its end of June at best before that gets cleaned up.

I don’t know anything about Adrian or Ray, but they clearly have a vested interested in turning this around so bloody good luck to them. IF Ben is the patents guy, I think he is then that’s a bloody brilliant appointment IMO.

Unfortunately for shareholders the position on the share price is going to get a hell of a lot worse before it gets better but it’s a necessary process for longer term benefit.

The cash runway is out in September could be sooner with the additional costs now and new appointments but if we can get the new team insitu for end of May/June and get the placing done before end of June, we will be starting H2 from July 1 in a VERY strong position.

I think a placing would be supported with a new board. I think you are looking at 2p raise but could end up being a penny similar to APTA but as I say, business better positioned going forwards from then and must be done.

The only other points I would make: -

I hope they call time on Gerry the accountant, residing over two crashes Is two to many sorry and Mark Treharne, possibly the only corporate development manager I have ever come across that has delivered zero revenue in sales. Both needs replacing IMO and a new focus on revenue generation.

I also hope the new board put a stop to wasting money on building a biobank, Imogen couldn’t make it work neither will they. IF they can’t get the lab to break even in short time, sell it off and go back to outsourcing.

Further a return to adding lots of new evaluations needs to happen. Like to see at least nine new ones added with the new board then we are really talking about potentially making a difference. That’s how I see it anyhow. I just hope Suzy doesn’t drag it out longer but if everything can be in place for H2 then mission accomplished IMO.

Good Luck
