BS - @Jason, don’t agree.
They won’t be taking it private, for one thing if they did none of them would put any cash in it to run it, further as an MBO with FA revenue it wouldn’t be paying Suzy a £180k package a year.
Much better to stay on the AIM and keep rinsing small private investors

I wondered if it was worth reversing any of the assets into another company but in short that’s a dead loss, there is absolutely FA here of any value left. CLX has potential but it needs 400k invested in it and at least another 18mths work and the labs well, they will take years to deliver a cash profit, if ever.

So in short, don’t think there is any sinister game plan, just pure incompetence of the highest level IMO - see you at 2p

If the comment by poster @Outfit is correct and the IPR patents for 201 expired and were not renewed then 201 is worthless because if it ever worked anyone could copy it.

If new IPR was registered under THX then there would be a question of who now owns it and if nobody has a current patent of the formula of 201 then as THX know what it is they wouldn’t need to license it from VAL anyhow, just explore their own version with someone else.

Sounds like a ridiculous situation if true? Can the poster link to where they can prove the IPR expired and has not been renewed?

Have you got a link to that? Didn’t THX try and register it and that’s why there were questions raised over the current ownership of 201?
Anyhow, It’s so outdated now anyway, technology has moved on materially over the last 20 years, they took the license from CRUK back in 2010 !!!!! That was over 14 years ago and I recall it was a number of years old before they passed it to Valirx, as I say probably getting on for 20 years now
