It's a worked seller of 1.6m My bet it's Sanderson Can't believe they would want to hold for much longer .Just a bad punt from the placing . Like me he's cutting .The first cut is the cheapest .

Agreed I said it last June I think there are days NOT weeks to take action or I can't see anyone taking part in a raise later on In year .SuZy probably can't believe her luck that SH still want her on the BOD !It's now or never, it's an easy decision but the shareholders here have been praying to the Fairies,too forgiving imo .

I don't follow her any more .Delivered zero Yet shareholders are happy to pay her 180k per annum !!Beggars belief . A very lucky lady .Shares have collapsed from 65p to 3p and she STILL refuses to buy shares lolGot to say she's played a blinder . SuZy makes a fortune while we have all lost a fortune holding her shares . But shareholders are obviously very weak and keep paying her to deliver FA

Sorry but if they gave it away for free in it’s current state someone would need big pockets to keep it going.
More chance of it going into administration and someone picking off anything of any value from the administrators

You have said numerous times that you are not invested in valirx and that valirx is uninvestable. Looking at the number of your posts here and on lse chat which number more than anyone else by some considerable margin and some are posted at ridiculous hrs can you tell me why you do this? Do you consider this a waste of your potential financial time? What could you be doing instead that could give you joy? I’m really worried for you. Kindest regards ja 👊. DYOR

Research how much Oriole stake is worth in Senala. Someone from the lse thread on the 19th of February worked this out.

Since ORR still owns 34.85% that means our share in this assert is currently worth $43.5M, while our market cap is just £14.2M. This doesn't even factor in anything in Cameroon.

Plus they are sitting on 10m income and assets from Cameroon and other ventures, and have a tidy cash balance thanks to recent payments of 1.5m.

A couple of months back the price hit over 0.5p intra day. That was when the CEO said in an interview that shareholders will be very sorry if they sell out to soon. At that time the price was in the 0.4p area.

Does it all make Oriole Resources a value play?. Secondly is the reason why I have stuck all my inheritance into this share.

Well if she has just moved house, she’s probably busy sorting new suppliers, filtration cleaning for her swimming pool, hay for the stables, that sort of thing. Working from home some don’t have time to stop :)

Has to be done but the new additions and severance deals will also add to the cost base in H1 burning the cash runway left even quicker.

She has a three month notice period for a start and has been there probably getting of for 15 years service???

This is going to end up at 1p raise end of June for sure. The writing is on the wall, cant see a way it can be avoided. AND if she stays as CEO i cant see it being supported at all, nobody but nobody is going to chuck more cash at this for more of the same.

Once its confirmed THX and 201 dead the share price will crash further, that might add to pressure for her to stand down? but i cant see her giving up the job on her current package without a fight that's for sure.

Will get interesting here, see what the votes come out at end of April EGM

True, you are probably right, just cut all together, she has effectively shafted all shareholders anyhow, can she really recover from that now? Not likely. Cathy already has the head science role anyhow.

Problem is you have a scientist that’s worth 45-70k salary range at best in a CEO role paying £180k package but the EGM Resolution is NOT calling for her removal. She won’t want to give that up, not sure she would side step into a science roll anyhow and if she did would they still have to pay her the same package benefits? It’s all a bit of mess isn’t it.

On further reflection her position being terminated completely is probably in the best interests of the business going forwards.

Costs have spiralled with zero revs in 4 years .We stuck with Theoremx letting out patent run down its time for over 3 years whilst Theormx haven't paid us a penny .4 years under Suzy control and where's the news on 201 . 301 ,401 and a very expensive lab ? And you want Suzy in a CSO role ? Sorry porky but you've lost the plot mate : ( .It's all change or I certainly won't be buying into any recovery here .
