That's what you think...

It's business, if i was on the BOD, all appointments made and Suzy moved over successfully from CEO to a head science roll, new CEO and new chairman bedded in and new business plan and i could get all that sorted for end of June ready to hit H2 hard from 1/7, there is no way i would leave myself with just a few weeks of cash left, no way. I would get Shard to see if they could place £1.5m at a penny get me the cash in and WC liquidity to look to rebuilding the business and its share price from H2 onwards.

You don't raise cash the day before lights out. A new BOD needs at least 12 mths cash runway ahead of them if not 2 years frankly.

Watch this space. BUT first they have to get a new board in situ and no guarantees on that just yet, albeit highly likely end of April SH will vote in favour.

Doubt it mate.

There wouldn't be any liabilities with notices served- 3 months at best on a fraction of the monthly runway.

You're talking 1/2 further liabilities; it's peanuts.

And even with that, an 11 month runway, so plenty to go at...

And all this in the worst case scenario of no revenue at all,

So it remains a good punt,

Even better with more BOD changes, so a raise next January would be much easier after 6+ months of refreshment and restructuring.

I'd get in now, because I'd wager it won't go much lower. :-)

Thanks @nico115 you are top guy. I think some get far too emotionally involved and lose perspective of what their investment objectives should be: deliver an ROI. They also forget to re-review their investments and ask themselves if their reason for originally investing still stands. They should not blame other investors. They should look to how the business is being run.The blunders made here have been ridiculous frankly.

@RonPharma
They will need a raise because I estimate by the time they secure a new chairman (May) and get the rest of the board positioned, refocus the objectives, pay off the current liabilities and director compensations you are talking at best by end of June ready for the start of H2 from 1/7. At this point you are asking a new board to drive this forward with literally just a few weeks cash runway left, maybe 6 weeks could be far less depending on current cash burn. These new additional all cost money.
If any lab revenue comes in it will be token and I can 100% guarantee zero funds will come in from THX - Suzy has sold SH a pup with THX.
So the new board will need to secure funding to stand any chance of success. I’m saying 150m shares issued at 1p to raise £1.5m - we will know soon enough

Why on earth would they raise in June, the money they already had was due to to run out about now so the runways are good to early 2025

That's not bad for a current small tech

Hopefully be confirmed in next broker note to shut everyone up,

Obvs if no lab contracts come in will need to raise but end of year

Ambrose may help, but doubting 201 if we are all honest.

BID changes starting - good to see.

With removal of the current board and new team insitu before end of June ready for H2 a penny placing might be worth supporting.
But a lot of what ifs between now and then, first step resolutions pass end of April EGM and new chairman onboard for end of May.

I listened to one of his podcasts Unlike the current BOD ,Martin understands the simple concepts of economics. You can't have a cost base of £2m per annum with no revenues !!Reduce costs asap or get revenues in asap!Having more than 2 non execs though increases costs unnecessarily . We need less staff not more !! He looks a good addition to the BOD.

Nick, may I ask what you base that comment on, Oncimmune share price in March 22 was 142p now it’s 21p so unless I’m missing something Martin hasn’t performed as a great CEO over there if the measure of success is share price performance?

But then I don’t know anything about the challenges that business faced so appreciate share price should not be sole factor measure for of success.

On a positive he certainly can’t be any worse but I’m not keen on him being one of the two pro Suzy candidates before the requisition notice that may likely vote with her. If the ship is being rebuilt we need her out the CEO role, no half measures.

Let’s see what the end of April EGM delivers, if the new appointments get filled before end of June and what the subsequent placing will look like ready for H2

@ Wuber. See euda last rns. Min req for listing is $35 mill Mcap.
Equation. Mcap = no of shares multiply by share price. Transpose equation. 35 mill mcap equates to $1:42 per share. Check out eudas financial. DYOR.

While there is turmoil there is only one way this is going and it will become more difficult to raise again except at a big discount.
