05/4/2024 11:38 | @lucifier7 OK for the purpose of entertainment please educate me as to why you think the business as it stands today is worth more than it’s £5m MCap? My reasoning why it isn’t: MCap was £2.25m in April 21 at its previous restructure yet back then was better positioned and had cash burn under £1.5m 201 is going nowhere, totally neglected and likely superseded, over 15 years old and needs reformulating and new patents, it’s handling a total disaster 301 same and off back of same tech and doing zero. 401 moved to another start up that is trying to get funding for itself to survive being a Phoenix business so little chance of any value there in next 12 months CLX - yes this has potential value I will put it at £1m top side. It needs at least another year dev on it and £400k more to try and position it. So Jam tomorrow for 2025 maybe but won’t be contributing to keep VAL alive short term Labs - what a bloody farce, zero paying customers, decision to buy a load of cell samples sitting in freezers from Imogen that couldn't make its business viable even with 32 staff at its height and the current BOD want to chuck more of your cash at it. I put lab assets at £500k top side if they could find a buyer. So that’s it, I calculate £1.5m of assets at best and a cash burn of £2.5m to feed a load of greedy directors to maintain lifestyles. As cash will likely run out July perhaps the BOD should award themselves a nice big bonus whilst they still have the cash. So please explain how you get a value to justify its current share price? I don’t see it. Even with a new BOD at a penny raise it’s a risk. It’s certainly in a worse place than it was in April 21. I put Share price should be in the region of 1.5p to 1.7p pre 1p Placing IMO | porky9

03/4/2024 14:14 | Jason Honestly mate I wish you well. Losses here have been astronomical for all shareholders whilst the BOD feast on their great salaries and occasionally throwing £4k at buying shares. Just don’t see any value here. It’s had its nine lives and some more over the years. Hopefully something left field breaks for you and you can get out with a little bit of a recovery. Can’t see it ever getting back into double figures . That ship has sailed unless they do a share consolidation. | francoismyname
03/4/2024 13:59 | Does anybody know where is rightback from lse, gone? Has he lost everything and gone? Thanks in advance. | lucifer7
03/4/2024 12:37 | Porky. Would it be possible to stop bullying shareholders please. As you are not invested would it be possible to feel a bit of pity for us shareholders. 🥲 | jasonpugh
03/4/2024 11:22 | @Franco I highly suspect they will pay more of the same. Its become a lifestyle business. You are probably right to avoid even at a penny. As this nonsense continues I'm actually going even colder towards this business, if that's possible. I am really perplexed as to why Adrian withdrew that Requisition notice which has now enabled Kevin Cox and Martin Lampshire to remain on the BOD. That was such a bad move IMO. But matters not, with 4 more NEDs to feed they will burn through the remaining cash even quicker now so hard decisions will have to made or they will face closure. | porky9
03/4/2024 10:46 | Just reality Jason. I wouldn’t touch at a penny. The paying of bonuses last year should have been the final wake up call for all shareholders. How none of the BOD thought it was a bad idea is beyond me. Wouldn’t surprise me now if they did the same this year . | francoismyname
03/4/2024 07:14 | Porky slater offspring of vipers.really Cruel punishers 🫵🏻. | jasonpugh
03/4/2024 04:42 | @RonPharma Would that be the "nice girl down the road that smiles at you whilst picking your pocket"? I think you are losing the plot Ron, this penny play is not a charity concern, its a commercial enterprise. The BOD have done incredibly well out of it thanks to the generosity of shareholders and they have delivered nothing in return. Meanwhile, market conditions have shifted significantly. Jam tomorrow is not enough in it's own right. Look, if Adrian can clear the dead wood out, restructure the BOD, new CEO and CFO in situ, refocus the business, get cost base back under £1.5m a year and get all this sorted before the end of H1 ready for H2 from 1/7 i actually believe they could raise £1.5m at 1p giving the new board 12 months window as a recovery play to turn this around. I would personally back it on that basis. BUT if he fails to do that and the BOD remains as it is then it will remain a lost cause IMO. Nobody in their right mind is going to back this BOD for more of the same. Forget it. | porky9
