As you love a good conspiracy theory: it’s possible Sanderson have the declared position to a) help votes to keep Suzy on board and b) help votes to support a nice wedge of death spiral financing from H2 if she stays as nobody but nobody will chuck more cash at this now in a placing for more of the same if the existing BOD remains - she has to go

Your assuming that there will be no good news concerning..201,301,401,clx001 or lab info. If so your comment is correct. However on the balance of probability I think there will be some good news soon…so does Sanderson partners (5 mill bought) and the 3.6mill buyer on Friday.

Agree with totally Franco but I recall the short book had ballooned to something like 25% just prior to the placing, that’s about 25m shares, so IMO the share price was pumped 24/7 to the 12p level then sold into by Shard for the placing covering the short. The remaining 5 or 6 million shares would have taken a hit or locked in to get out on any hopeful spikes.

Like I have always said, the only thing VAL are good at is raising cash, bloody veterans at it frankly, 15 raises, three 125-1 share consolidations, 6 under Suzy and there will now be another one ready for H2 from 1/7 IMO for the new BOD to have sufficient WC otherwise it’s lights out in September at best.

With the increased costs these new appointments will make plus all the liabilities to clear for the new BOD I can’t see costs reducing in H1 hence running out of cash in September feels optimistic to me, could well be two months earlier either way, the new BOD would be mad not to raise ready for H2. Watch this space.

My call is now £1.5m at 1p IF new CEO and CFO on the new Board ready for H2 or lights out administration or death spiral financing if current CEO and CFO remain.

Just don't like vultures circling to pick up a very cheap slice of CLX0001 which is a 400M milestone deal in the making in the next year and they know it...
