Did I say that 201 didn't need reformulating or patenting? No.

I said the IP expires as in the current patent in 2027, so of course it needs reformulating or patenting for new Indication.

Peepy said it has already expired, that is WRONG.

He also said 301 is dead, WRONG.

He's gaslighting and making it up as he gos along hoping no one will notice.

AdamIt needs re-patenting and/or re-formulating. That could've been done now, two years later, whilst waiting for TX, so yes - but not as it is.

He said it could potentially have been done in the last two years but he said 201 needs working on as is it currently stands.This in my opinion is one of the reasons TRX haven't yet completed the LOI and why other bigger companies where not interested in 201, because it needed a lot of work.If other big companies where interested and 201 was a winner then we wouldn't be sat here twiddling our thumbs waiting for TRX would we?

That's not true..

201 expires in 2027 (first one), as it is currently patented.

301 is being reformulated. So far from dead.

Happy for counter arguments, but your post is factually incorrect.

301 is a write off same as 201 IMO its connected/ outdated and superseded
The IPR rights also expired on 201 so absolutely no hope now, just market hasn't caught on yet. Once its confirmed it will write the mcap down to about £2m tops - 1.7p to 2p share price IMO.

Agree CLX is the only asset with value left but i put that at least 18mths if not longer for positioning. Doesn't matter if I'm right or you are we are both on the same page of a raise later this year.

Personally i wont be supporting ANY raise at ANY level whilst this BOD remains in Situ. But i would consider a raise with a new board and a refocus on business priorities going forwards.

For now, it remains totally uninvestable as it stands.

nope. But I didn't buy on 201.

Bought for CLX, as it's gonna be a blockbuster and will be sold in about 13 months by my reckoning for a 400mil milestone deal. They needed a few hundred grand to go and demonstrate safety.

Following board changes that's what's needed and that's why I'm in.

They'll only have to raise 10 months max end of year to keep the lights on till that happens. Unless 401 pays the first tranche, which it might

I’m no expert on the Matrix but there are clearly still a number of posters stuck in wonderland taking those red pills that Suzy is dishing out. The email reply you posted was just a set of canned answers.

If talk and zero delivery impresses you then it might be worth you suggesting at the AGM they install a shareholder AI chat bot on the Valirx website that keeps rewording the same reply in different ways. It would certainly be cheaper than Shareholders paying Suzy a £180k package to do the same.
