03/11/2012 11:12 | Ed, and if it doesn't flow? Only reason it wouldn't flow is if there is a mechanical issue, which is possible but unlikely. more worrying would be a rapid decline once it's starts flowing. it'll be months before that becomes clear | frazboy
02/11/2012 16:55 | Ed- wouldn't that be nice. Some chunky volume as well today to back it up. | utrecht_00
02/11/2012 16:46 | Good showing into the close. If Causeway flows, then 475p?. You may yet get your 600p, utrecht_00. | ed 123
02/11/2012 16:20 | lets see if it holds this time. Causeway news should be good. BE happier to hear that someone has made a decent bid for the whole company. | utrecht_00
02/11/2012 14:42 | Up for Causeway news next week. Who'd want to be out over the weekend ?. | ohisay
02/11/2012 13:58 | crazy share price moves up and down at the moment. | utrecht_00
31/10/2012 14:39 | Antrim is holding up okay. it's more critical to them than VPP that they get Causeway up and running, so lets hope there are no serious problems | frazboy
31/10/2012 12:21 | Early November is the latest estimate for Causeway oil flow, slowed by adverse weather, according to Antrim. If we get beyond the first two weeks of November without oil flow, then I'll begin to worry. VPP only up 6p today. With a broader market shake, there may be another chance to buy lower. 419p looks excellent to me; I'd be very happy with that. | ed 123
31/10/2012 11:11 | Pity - topped up yesterday at 419p. Having said that I'd like to see a Causeway update - getting to be overdue. | ohisay
31/10/2012 08:22 | ... and back up it goes. | ed 123
30/10/2012 15:11 | So easy to move this price, volume so far around 42,000 shars. | royaloak
30/10/2012 14:27 | plenty of spikes and falls here. Wonder if IAE has the desire to bid? Would seem the right fit. | utrecht_00
27/10/2012 13:00 | Spread Betting Magazine November edition out focus on Aim oilies | guidfarr
27/10/2012 11:08 | Easiest money you'll ever make here at todays price. Directors have lots of skin in this company. | ohisay
27/10/2012 10:51 | A couple of broker recommendations released yesterday. Share price target range across covering brokers 414p to 725p. The 414p target might go towards explaining some of the selling at 435p. Rejecting the top and bottom outliers, the remaining price targets average about 520p, fwiw. All to be updated, I'd guess, when Causeway flows (hopefully!). | ed 123
26/10/2012 07:49 | Licence round RNS. | philo124
25/10/2012 18:01 | utrecht_00 Yes, it is a concern. Putting on my rose coloureds, I see that the apparent 35,000 share sell today was mopped up, and there were unsatisfied buyers for more at 435p in the closing auction. So, there is support. Although of some concern, these sales can be viewed positively. Whoever buys after the 'open for offers' annoucement would, imv, be likely to push for a cash sale. Holding for, say 3 months, for a capital gain of, say 25%, is good business. Needs some flow data from Causeway (imho), so another couple of months to wait, perhaps? | ed 123
25/10/2012 17:37 | Ed- my biggest worry is that Buchanan thinks he can bulk up. He should just be looking for a sale. | utrecht_00
25/10/2012 16:44 | After a welcome but brief lift, the seller(s) came back. Closed very close to the day's low point. Wonder what Peter Buchanan makes of this market response to the board saying they are open to offers. Holders selling at 435p - not waiting to see what offers emerge? Or, worried that Valiant might decide to bulk up? If it comes to a vote, I'll tick the box for cashing in and moving on. That would be a happy day for me. | ed 123
25/10/2012 13:16 | their PR is as ever abysmal. Lets hope whoever buys VPP enjoys the blocks because given VPP's luck they will be dry. | utrecht_00
25/10/2012 11:35 | Yep, another bit of a delay. Good of Antrim to have updated the operator's shareholders. Decc have announced 27th round of offshore licences. Valiant get 4 awards. Should be rns'd by Valiant .... but may not be. ;-/ EDIT: You beat me to it, CT. :-) | ed 123
22/10/2012 14:40 | me too and I'll be even happier to see this sold. | utrecht_00 |
