03/5/2019 16:54 | lol darren, sold mine literally years ago, cleared out of all AIM garbage a long time ago | rcturner2
03/5/2019 15:44 | Martyn, I'd suggest filtering that guy, I have - not sure what he said but im guessing its along the line of....I told you so hahahaha (even though he has bought shares here himself not too long before suspension) | darren81
03/5/2019 13:33 | Martyn, it became clear to me probably 5 years ago at least that these sort of outfits are crooked in the main, as has been clearly proven here. I haven't touched anything remotely like this since then. I have also posted that information many times on here, some people have even saved money as a result. It might surprise you to know that I have received private message from fellow investors thanking me for my posts. Hence why I continue to post. | rcturner2
03/5/2019 13:17 | Turner you two faced pratt!! you yourself have in the past bought UEN shares so stick your advice where the sun doesn't shine fella. | martyn9
03/5/2019 08:41 | gaffer, anyone who buys a foreign domiciled company that is listed on AIM needs their head looking at. A Russian company based in Cyprus and listed on AIM in the UK? What more warning do you need? These companies come and list here for the simple reason that there are more mugs with money buying the shares. | rcturner2
03/5/2019 08:27 | There's a bit of double counting in your calcs. | amargosa
02/5/2019 17:27 | Just been on Urals site and has from first of January 3 holders, Adler, Petraco and management own between them 51.38%. It also says 47.9% is NOT in public hands!? What's that bit supposed to mean? We dont exist? So there isn't another 50% out there mate. | chavitravi2
02/5/2019 10:07 | There is no share price to worry about, so there are no restrictions on management giving updates to their shareholders (if they want to). There are over 50% of shareholders out there - somewhere, who have a say in what happens. | amargosa
02/5/2019 09:34 | Gaffer, if the institutions did get rid then they will no doubt feel they are free and clear with no one to chase them up for money. Let's just hope we are all wrong with this but I'm not holding my breath. | chavitravi2
02/5/2019 00:12 | There should really be some type of legal protection for this kind of screw over, it's an absolute disgrace, and yet it happens again and again on AIM.Shareholders are left with nothing but a piece of paper and stand no chance of getting any money for it I'm afraid. | gaffer73
01/5/2019 19:09 | They probably will turn the Co around, for them and them alone. And what can anyone do about it but have a good moan? This in my opinion is a successful Fire East move that we should have seen yet could do little about because of his large share holding. One wonders if the Insti share holder got rid before hand. | chavitravi2
01/5/2019 14:33 | An honourable russian!!?? well that would be a first.Having severe doubts about UEN's survival now due to the lack of information not surfacing.I tend to agree if no news come the end of june then end game.imho. | martyn9
01/5/2019 03:09 | Thanks Darren...Let's hope Mr Kononov and his daughter have the decency to keep their promise and turn the company around as it's in their interests, as well as ours..... | whu0319
30/4/2019 20:14 | Not a peep, I’ve tried emailing them directly as well but again no response. Was thinking about calling the Cyprus office but assume it’s just a secretary there. Don’t speak Russian so no point calling moscow one. I guess we just have to wait it out. By end of June we should know one way or other, that’s when shipment will definitely need to be out at Art, by then will know if we’ve cleared debts or not. A further rise in POO and we might just stand a chance. It’s frustrating that they don’t even deem us worthy of an update though!! | darren81
30/4/2019 12:26 | Darren: did you have any reply from Q&A of the UEN yet, I also asked but no response...zzz | whu0319
18/4/2019 09:31 | This article confirms quite a big investment already by Russian government in the ferry link between the Russian mainland and Kholmsk - 86.5m USD is the combined sum of figures mentioned below hxxps://www.gtlk.ru/ "RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT INVESTS 1.978 BILLION RUBLES IN STLC’S EQUITY FOR VANINOKHOLMS STLC’s equity as part of the federal program for Development of Russia’s Transport System (2010-2020) for a project to build two automobile and train ferries to operate on the Vanino-Kholmsk line. The government also injected 3.565 billion rubles into STLC’s equity under the program in December 2016" If the port comes out of bankruptcy, if UEN avoid bankruptcy as a result constrained cashflow and if we get listed again (too many ifs for my liking) we could see a lot of upside as a result of this investment. Monday will be two months since the EGM - I would've thought that we'd have an update from the BODs by then! | darren81
15/4/2019 13:48 | What they will do is move out the assets pretty much as they having been doing anyway and UEN will just turn into a shell. | rcturner2
15/4/2019 13:43 | I go on holiday tomorrow and thing usually happen when I go away so let's hope something does and for the good. Sorry if I'm sounding negative but the investment as I see it is in the wild west bandit country and proper law and order ain't reached there yet. I just dont see has anyone can do anything about it if they see the Co now has just theirs. I hope I'm very wrong. | chavitravi2
15/4/2019 13:34 | Chav, surely there are laws even in cyprus? i don't think jp morgan as a large investor will let it drop.imho. | martyn9
15/4/2019 13:30 | Martyn, I know what you mean, but what's to stop them from having all income from here on? What's to stop them from totally ignoring us? | chavitravi2
15/4/2019 11:53 | Fair point but unfortunately it doesn't fix the issue. | gaffer73
15/4/2019 10:18 | Gaffer, at least the company is registered in cyprus under the EU cover, moscow i would be worried!! | martyn9
15/4/2019 10:08 | The major problem now is actually realising any money from our shareholding. It's not like we can sell them on the open market. | gaffer73
15/4/2019 09:45 | Chav, too negative your sentiment imo, give them chance it's early days yet, ok a year and we are still in this situation then fully agree but the next tanker shipment could be a game changer? | martyn9
15/4/2019 09:33 | We can live in hope but I've put myself down has a victim of a Russian mugging. | chavitravi2 |
