15/4/2019 08:20 | Well, its been a month now since the company was delisted, and almost two since their last meaningful update (after the EGM) - it would be good if they could provide an update on the website on the current state of play. I'm not expecting them to have sorted all the company's issues within such a short time frame but regular updates, given what was promised after the EGM, is what I was expecting/hoping for! I've submitted numerous questions via shareholder Q&As on the website and also to the email address on the Petrosakh website but no response, hopefully they provide some sort of update soon!! | darren81
11/4/2019 09:48 | I dont think they would have initially made much on the venture given they were giving a 70% discount to them that man the oars untill such time they could get an engine put in it! | chavitravi2
08/4/2019 14:51 | haha I think someone posted an article from a couple of months ago re Kholmsk port, it mentioned a ferry service to the mainland - I'm guessing this is what the boat was purchased for. | darren81
08/4/2019 14:24 | Maybe that's why they bought the mystery boat .lol | tone the bone1
08/4/2019 12:45 | If cash constrained then id expect/hope they'd get a shipment out much sooner this year | darren81
08/4/2019 12:31 | Very true tone. | martyn9
08/4/2019 12:28 | It was May 24th last year when Petraco advanced us funds to cover pre export costs. A big question and a sign of our future will be if they do the same this year. | tone the bone1
08/4/2019 11:47 | Darren, in view of the dire cash position within the company,i would have thought it paramount to ship.imo | martyn9
08/4/2019 11:37 | Who knows Martyn - I guess that's something you could ask via the shareholder Q&As. I've asked questions myself, still awaiting responses tho. Checking weather at Kolguyev I see no reason why they couldn't have a shipment now if they really were cash constrained | darren81
08/4/2019 11:34 | There should be a tanker shipment next month from arct?? | martyn9
08/4/2019 10:51 | Looks like the website is back up now - life in the old dog yet :-) | darren81
03/4/2019 17:10 | The fat lady has sung, she's gone home and is tucked up in bed. | rcturner2
03/4/2019 15:37 | Chav it's not all over until the fat lady sings!! sit tight and wait and see.imo | martyn9
03/4/2019 14:49 | Just to let some of you know, I received my share certificate today from Halifax on line. Pretty quick work, I only asked for it about a week ago. I'm pretty pleased now I resisted buying another 5k just before the vote. I was so tempted. | chavitravi2
03/4/2019 10:04 | OK, thanks darren. | theclangers
03/4/2019 09:32 | its not like LSE here clangers, when a company is delisted the related board doesn't get closed. there are many boards on this site that aren't company specific | darren81
02/4/2019 20:23 | How much longer has the BB got before it's taken down | theclangers
02/4/2019 19:40 | That has maybe Darren but I cant see right now any nomad touching it, so no listing. It hurts me to say it but I feel its healthy to accept it that my money has gone and it's a fair bit too, that way I am not going to have another heart attack and breakdown over it like last time. If it comes good then lovely, I will look on it as a bonus. | chavitravi2
02/4/2019 18:09 | one very clear benefit from the RNS after the EGM is.. "Returning institutional investors to the list of active Urals Energy shareholders." | darren81
02/4/2019 16:32 | Darren, but please explain what benefits a listing can give? | neftanik
02/4/2019 13:07 | darren unfortunately is terminally deluded about UEN. A failure to acknowledge losses and move on is a classic small time investor weakness. Everyone who buys shares will buy a dud at some point. I know I have. The secret is to move on and forget about it. | rcturner2
02/4/2019 11:18 | its just a waiting game -= nothing much that can be done unfortunately. | darren81
02/4/2019 11:04 | that article is from 1st of Feb chav, i.e. before the EGM and was doing the rounds on the board previously. It's not new information. hopefully once corporate governance issues at Pet are resolved and we get a decent cashflow from the next shipment + loans repaid we'll be listed again | darren81
02/4/2019 10:37 | Darren, right now none of that is of no matter if we stand no chance of a nomad or a listing. On reading what Neft posted I honestly cant see anyone touching it or them to get any money back. We have in my view given them the company. | chavitravi2
02/4/2019 10:24 | anyone fancy a job as a logistics coordinator for an O&G company at kholmsk port? "Coordination of the acceptance process and inter-site movement of the entire cargo for the company's drilling sites passing through the port of Kholmsk" note the plural "sites" - hopefully a precursor to urals ramping up production there! | darren81 |
