03/9/2019 15:19 | I guess she (and every other holder) don't have much choice but to continue to be invested here | darren81
03/9/2019 11:57 | Is lalria still invested here? | littlepuppi7
03/9/2019 08:57 | It got suspended )))) | neftanik
03/9/2019 08:26 | What happened to the old UEG (or whatever it was called)..? From the last suspension about 10 years ago... | steve73
03/9/2019 07:03 | Guys, as I said before, if you want to get something out of this you will need to band together and take some action. Sitting here and posting on this thread will achieve nothing. | rcturner2
02/9/2019 17:52 | No chance, we are nothing to those people now. | gaffer73
02/9/2019 16:45 | It would be nice to hear something, anything at all from them. At least that would confirm they recognise they have share holders. | chavitravi2
02/9/2019 16:29 | Agreed Darren, but that was assuming there would be no delisting at that point. | amargosa
02/9/2019 15:33 | Given the promises made in the RNS post EGM in February, bi-annual updates going forward would be extremely disappointing! | darren81
02/9/2019 13:48 | Biannual updates following delisting = 15 Sep +++? | amargosa
02/9/2019 12:27 | The next date in the diary for us is the 12th of Sept, when the next bankruptcy hearing for Arktikneft is due - hopefully the recent press releases above are a good indicator that this will be settled in our favour. Its frustrating that another month has passed without any official update from the board on current happenings at the company. | darren81
29/8/2019 13:22 | further coverage of the story here... hxxps://nao24.ru/obs also confirms the field/island - so definitely us, even tho description of the company in the first link wasn't accurate | darren81
28/8/2019 10:19 | the first paragraph relates to us - the description in the second paragraph most definitely does not fit us. | darren81
28/8/2019 09:32 | I wish even half of that was correct. | amargosa
27/8/2019 20:47 | Translation from the above link.... Arktikneft JSC paid off a salary debt of almost 20 million rubles at the request of the prosecutor's office ARKHANGELSK, August 27. After the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, JSC Arktikneft paid off wage arrears to 141 employees for a total of almost 20 million rubles, this was reported on Tuesday on the website of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation. "At the request of the prosecutor's office of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, employees of JSC Arktikneft were paid wages worth more than 19.961 million rubles," the statement said. According to the prosecutor's office, as part of the audit, it was established that Arktikneft JSC for May - July 2019 has wage arrears to 141 employees. The prosecutor’s office of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug brought to the head of the organization an idea on eliminating violations of the law, which was reviewed and satisfied. Currently, the debt has been paid off. Arktikneft is a Russian company operating in the oil and gas industry. The company sells its products in the domestic market and also exports it to countries such as Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and Hungary. Arktikneft operates through four branches and one representative office located in Moscow. In addition, the company has 14 subsidiaries and affiliates. Arcticneft is the second largest state-owned oil company in the world in terms of proven hydrocarbon reserves. The company has about 1.3% of world oil reserves and 2.3% of world oil production. | takeachance1
27/8/2019 15:48 | Some good news at Art... hxxps://finance.ramb They've repaid wage arrears for workers there after the shipment funds received (I assume) - hopefully they've also repaid outstanding taxes and bankruptcy proceedings have been resolved. Seems like things are being done behind closed doors. It would be good if the board could announce this on the website though, along with all other items that PIs have found themselves. | darren81
20/8/2019 10:46 | There are clearly things going on behind the scenes which lead me to believe they want this to continue as a going concern, e.g. attempts to stop bankruptcy at Art + shipments out there + UEN aligned directros on Kholmsk board Hopefully we get a full update soon on state of play on company as a whole + time frame either for a new listed / potential offer. I for one will not be signing up for any low ball offer. | darren81
19/8/2019 17:38 | I'm surprised you have any left after this lot Darren! | gaffer73
19/8/2019 11:32 | Personally i hope they want to take this private and we get an offer for our shares,at least get something back!! but then again i might be in dream world. | martyn9
19/8/2019 10:51 | I'd much prefer to be an optimist with urals (and in life) Neft rather than adopting gaffer/chav's outlook :-) | darren81
19/8/2019 10:03 | As said before, I think its healthier to accept they hijacked the company and consider it theirs. Kononov deliberately put the company in trouble to do this by draining it of finance. It's now his to do with has he pleases and pocket all income, who's to stop him? We shall hear nothing imo, we dont exist. | chavitravi2 |
