13/9/2019 09:24 | August Email.... Can you please provide an update on the current state of Urals Energy. The tanker loading, debt repayment, relisting on AIM or on another exchange. Kind Regards | takeachance1
13/9/2019 09:23 | July email to Urals.... Hello I am a share holder of Urals Energy in London I would like to know about my investment and current status of the company. The shareholders of Urals Energy have not had any form of communication from the company since the appointment of the new Board of Directors. Usually the tanker is loaded around this time therefore please confirm if the tanker has been loaded and the number of barrels. A quick response will be highly appreciated. | takeachance1
13/9/2019 09:20 | Morning All, a quick update. I spoke to Moscow office back in July who gave me an email address to write to (info@uralsenergy.ru | takeachance1
11/9/2019 15:54 | Has anyone been successful in registering their certificate with the Cypriot Registrar as advised previously by the Company? I assume Cymain are the correct contact? | neftanik
10/9/2019 20:18 | Contact the broker and ask for a paper certificate. | gaffer73
10/9/2019 19:36 | I received also a certivicate for my Shares I held in Frankfurt before. But I have Nothing in my Hands for the Shares i Held in London and that is the main part. anybody knows what to do | wuusoo1
10/9/2019 19:30 | Today I received a certivicate for shares I deposited in Frankfurt before delisted from Cymain Registrar LTD. my question is: what about the Shares I held in London before, are they lost? | wuusoo1
10/9/2019 19:11 | For what it's worth, I reside in Germany and received my share certificate in the post from Cyprus today. The registrar is CYMAIN Registrars Ltd. They belong to LLLaw.eu. My bank had written to me some time ago notifying me that my name and adress was requested by Urals Energy. I would be interested in contributing towards appointing a lawyer to make enquiries on our behalf. btw the shareprice on the cert is USD0.126 !! which is way below my average of eur 70cts! | 1in2deep
10/9/2019 13:59 | The link that I've been checking re Art arbitration no longer works - was loading fine for the numerous previous hearings but seems its not there anymore so can't check the hearing that was scheduled for this Thursday hxxp://kad.arbitr.ru In an ideal world this would mean that arbitration has been settled but id expect that to be mentioned on the site. Google translate isn't much help to me - anyone who can peak Russian able to check the website for reference to Arktikneft? | darren81
10/9/2019 11:56 | What Darren said | gaffer73
10/9/2019 09:43 | Those are AIM rules I believe. re Cypriot law... All companies carrying commercial activities in Cyprus are required to submit their financial statements and tax returns no later than 31st December. However, if the management of the company decides to submit the financial documents on an electronically basis, the provisions of the Cyprus Company Law specify an extended period of 3 months from the above-mentioned date. As such, the financial statements can be submitted by 31st of March so potentially they don't have to submit til next March | darren81
10/9/2019 08:12 | Gaff: I am not sure about that as the last annual report was published on 30 June 2018, so another one should be on end of June 2019 as otherwise it wouldn't be called Annual report! As to Martyn&RCT's comments, yes, if we need £2000 to kick off the legal challenge, we can simply organise an email group of interested shareholders privately first to come up with a total number of shares each held, then simply work out the contribution each member need to pay....simple really... comments anyone pls? | whu0319
09/9/2019 20:30 | They are not in any breach yet, they have a year to submit their accounts. Deadline is December 31st. | gaffer73
09/9/2019 12:51 | I think you have to start by getting say 20 holders to put in £100 each and appoint a lawyer in Cyprus to at least advise you on the legal position regarding the company in Cyprus and to what extent they are in breach of their obligations and what can be done about it. | rcturner2
09/9/2019 11:35 | Whu no expert and not aware of crowdfunding?? but will look into, as you state any input welcome. | martyn9
09/9/2019 11:23 | Martn: we can share the cost via crowdfunding proportional to nos of share held as otherwise we do nothing and BOD just keep ignoring us all for ever!! As to the term, it does not have to be hugely expensive as BOD is the one breaking the law, IMHO ! Anyone else care to comment or suggest pls? darren?? | whu0319
09/9/2019 10:05 | whu, our hands are completely tied by the looks of things, iv'e owned a business in the uk for 3o years and litigation is both protracted and expensive, but i must admit rcturner makes a valid point to maybe pursue that avenue.Goes against the grain but needs must?? | martyn9
08/9/2019 08:00 | Darren&Martyn : The question is what to do about the BoD if they can not even bothered to publish the Annual Report/account as law requires?? 2018 AR was published in June 2018.. | whu0319
06/9/2019 12:54 | Exactly darren, the longer this constant silence continues the more sceptic of good aoutcome.imo | martyn9
06/9/2019 12:45 | Clearly there are things going on behind the scenes but it is becoming increasingly infuriating that the new BODs are not keeping shareholders up to date with these events. | darren81
06/9/2019 12:23 | I think we are literally on a wing and a prayer with this now. | martyn9
06/9/2019 11:52 | This time next week the bankruptcy hearing for Art will be complete (its on Thursday) - another very important bit of news the board should be notifying shareholders of. Hopefully they buck the trend and actually deem us worthy of notification that (hopefully) a very large part of our investment is no longer in the midst of bankruptcy proceedings!! | darren81
04/9/2019 17:16 | Yes they do but from memory I think they have a year. | gaffer73
04/9/2019 15:01 | Whu i'm not sure, but would have thought as registered there yes.But the way this shower are carrying on who knows!! | martyn9
04/9/2019 07:18 | Is UEN's new BODd required to publish its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2018 by now according to Cyprus Law ? | whu0319 |
