Agreed Martyn - the BODs really should be keeping shareholders informed of these proceedings.

We have almost 8 months of oil in storage at the minute - lets hope they use the extra time wisely and get a shipment out / pay off outstanding debts!

Deferral granted by the court to the 12th September... at which point hopefully the loans are returned and tanker shipments have covered any tax shortfall..

Let's see how things progress over next month or two chav, if a shipment is made at Art then hopefully they should have some capital to pay outstanding taxes there and stop bankruptcy proceedings + have enough left over to push things along at SD.

In an ideal world we would get regular updates from the BOD, as was promised in the RNS after the EGM. Given what's happened over the last year, one would've thought they'd appreciate our concerns and try to set PIs minds to rest - if they ever relist then its likely a lot of people will jump ship if they keep up their current form of keeping shareholders in the dark

Got my certificate no issues from Selftrade; the registrar is the Cyprus one - Cymain on the website. All done via Selftrade (I think via the uk registrars first)

A tanker has been officially nominated ( the first physical stage) .The Russians are saying it will be loaded. A pre payment of pre loading tax must be lodged .
Petroco usually front up the advance loan but are not doing this time.
We will see.

If they allow Art to become bankrupt I don't ever expect us to become listed again - no one would touch us with a barge pole.

So a big week next week as to whether we see a return on our investment.

This text just says that the creditors have satisfied the initial requirements to initiate proceedings which I guess we already knew.

This is the relevant part (and hopefully our saving grace)

"Set a hearing to verify the validity of the application for recognition the insolvent (bankrupt) of the debtor and the question of the termination of the proceedings on 06.27.2019 at 09 o'clock 50 min in hall No. 9072 of the building of the Moscow Arbitration Court"


i.e. next Thursday we get the chance to terminate the proceedings by paying debt off/coming to an agreement with creditor - otherwise its goodbye to Art

The court ruling on 04/17/2019g. scheduled a review hearing
the validity of the application received by the court on 15.04.2019, the Federal Tax Service of Russia (INFS of Russia No. 31 for
Moscow) on declaring insolvent (bankrupt) ARKTIKNEFT JSC (TIN 8300004226,
OGRN 1028301646845) and consideration of the issue of termination of proceedings in the case on 06.27.2019

According to paragraph 8 of Art. 42 of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" in case
court-appointed meeting for consideration by the arbitration court
recognition of the debtor bankrupt from other persons, all received applications are considered
arbitral tribunal as statements of accession to the case.
Considering the fact that case No. A40- is in the proceedings of the Moscow Arbitration Court

consideration as a statement of entry into the case No. A40-96127 / 19-178-106 "B" for recognition

As explained in paragraph 7 of the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court
Of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2012 No. 35 "On certain procedural issues related to
bankruptcy cases ”, on the basis of paragraph 8 and the second paragraph of paragraph 9 of article 42 of the Law
bankruptcy with multiple applications for declaring a debtor bankrupt in a single court
should be guided by the following.
Consideration of acceptance and validity of each application for recognition
debtor’s bankruptcy must occur in the order in which they entered in
court.
If the court accepted one application for declaring the debtor bankrupt (initiated a case of
bankruptcy), then all similar statements received after the first statement are accepted
the court as a statement of entry into the same bankruptcy case according to the rules of articles 42 - 44 and 48
Bankruptcy Law, as indicated in the application for their adoption. With one
unfinished bankruptcy case the second bankruptcy case of the same debtor
subject to. In this case, the date of initiation of a bankruptcy case is the date of adoption by the court of the first
statements regardless of which statement would later be considered reasonable.
