Nearly got a lot more on Friday at 9.75 but chickened out. Instead got a small amount more at 8.7p this morning, which is already looking like a good move.

The wife wants us to go on holiday later this year. If this comes good it might be a rather better holiday than she was hoping for.

The point here is surely that UEN would not be shuffling board positions simply to divest and close the shop down. The new appointments are implicitly forward looking.

Have to concur with G3A and repeat that this RNS is only about discussions BEYOND the DT transfer deal. Which means that the transfer deal is a certain option. So it is now either trasfer (safe bet) or if lucky carying on with D&T onboard. But Fridays sells looking like based on some insider info is not a nice thing really.

If we value the assets at 30-40p without D&T whats the problem
you should be taking advantage and buying on the dips which are being
made by the MM's if UEN is reformed which now looks possible now we can add atleast 50p+ to the value of the other assets which would take us 100p+
come on chaps wise up theres good money to be made here

so if I get this right, everything is still as it was when UEN was 16p, just some worried PI's and profit takers driving price down?

..all the potential upside is still here and support at these levels has been strong. I view the trading action over the past couple of days as very positive given the weight of selling pressure. Should end the day blue(!)

Well I think it is good news. The BOD is positioning itself (being positioned by SB) to take the company forward. Nothing happens overnight when we are talking about restructuring to the degree that is required here.

Minimal downside from here but lots of upside for those that have the patience and the ability to wait for it.

Had an order in Friday at 9.5p for 10 mins when offer was 9.5p-was not actioned.
Put an order in this am at 8.5p when offer was 8.5p. was not actioned then offer went up to 9p. increased buy price to 9p and got them at 8.7p
So,even though you place order within limits you don't always get them.

I'm not saying the share price is going to finish level or higher today but I do feel sorry for those who were mugged for 8p.......certainly not good news, but on the other hand not bad news either. We're in the same position now as we were on friday. Let's hope the news we want arrives within 2-3 weeks
