well the share price was around 6p/7p on the 27/4/09 when the rns was being drafted it was issued on the 29/4/09 as i read it the directors wish to create some value for shareholders from that point in time. 8am on the 29th it opened at 10p.
As I see it you may be locked in for a long time if the co does de-list. Eventually at wind up time you would have little downside from this point , that is not to say it will not fall further on bad news it will. Most would not want to be tied in for possibly months.At settlement there must be a very good chance of not losing your entire investment one has to evaluate the risk reward ratio imho

Based on the RNS an announcement regarding the negotiations with Sberbank must be imminent, maybe Monday?

Yesterday the Daily Trading Volume was 11,319,420. A busy day !

There are five trading days over 20 million and only seven days over 10 million (1 day in Oct 08, 3 days in Dec 08, 29th Apr, 5th May and yesterday 15th May) since June 2006. The volume of trading is increasing

Recent median volume is 2,405,246 (since price dropped below 10p or 22nd Oct 08)
Latest RNS gives number of shares as 178,143,987

Buying will move the sp! but when the buying stops the price will fall again,the one thing that will move these is news! and the mm,and buying will be a short term fix.....these will not pass 17p without the right rns in my view,but with good news these will fly...
