I think this could be a forced seller as part of a deal, it stacks up, both in relation to how it has been worked and also the fact the mms seem to have been reasonably supportive of it. Plus the timing is probably right if they needed to force-exit a shareholder as part of the ongoing process.

I tried the company 4 times today, VS out, however on the last attempt I did ask for the CEO and they said he was in but just left for a meeting!

I am going to ask for the CEO first on Monday!

Jonny, they aren't all necessarily sells. Anything over nms can be delayed in reporting. I said earlier that the buys would show up later. Some must be buys to have soaked up the sells. If not then the mm's would still be selling the ones from 8p at 9p. Aimho, etc....

seems to be alot of headless chickens when the price drops - don't forget plenty of people bought sub 4p - if some guy wants to sell 2m or more at 8p let him - chances are he was quoted 8p when the price was 14p and the MM's said 'f'off at this price, we'll give you 8p for that volume', then the seller started to drip feed sells though and now it's been cleared along with some other high value trades. In normal illiquid conditions selling £120k's worth of stock in market, at market price would be impossible, it would always obtain a discount.

With trades this size coming through you can assume normal trading range to be much higher e.g. 12 - 14p/share. Been watching small caps for years and there is nothing sinister in large trades nr market price

while anything is possible, i strongly believe that in order to keep strategic D&T, UEN should be "russionalized". I guess they are still trying to find a common ground with foreign investors imhhhhooooo
