Slide 15 has a footnote:

* EA Standard Rules application for Brockham BR‐X4Z side track submitted.

This is from their Investor Presentation dated July 2016, and so every chance approvals for the sidetrack are already in place.......a GREAT RNS for Angus to release confirming start date a day or two after listing on AIM tomorrow. Gla holders ....Exciting times!!! ;-)

INVESTOR PRESENTATION JULY 2016
11
BROCKHAM SUMMARY

Horse Hill-1 well test in early 2016 providing compelling rationale to drill
Brockham BR-X4Z side-track into Kimmeridge Limestones

Brockham is a production field under production license PL235

Original planning permission for the drilling of up to six wells at the site
(currently three well bores to surface)

Planned side-track to drill through producing Portland reservoir as well as
Kimmeridge limestone layers and the Top Coralian

Side-track to increase production from the Portland reservoir to >150 bopd
at economic OPEX (P50 first 3yr avg. of $20.4/bbl)

Following drilling and logging Kimmeridge Limestone layers opportunity to
fast-track monetisation of Kimmeridge hydrocarbon potential

snickergod..i guess you could be right...if brockham is successful then horsehill being only a few miles away means it will also be...my biggest spread bet at the moment is stellar resources ,bought at 0.15p

Temnujin, not quite, it is good for everyone involved. UKOG have a much larger stake than Alba. This could possibly be the most important drill onshore UK in years and could significantly transform the U.K. onshore oil industry.

Alba has a 5% interest at Brockham, Ukog has a 4% shareholding of Angus.......a fully funded AIM listed Angus will be good for all and may add value to Alba if Angus's share price starts heading significantly upwards on admission, but of course it's the imminent sidetrack at Brockham that will get things moving for Alba....confirmation of a start date will see a surge imho, successful results and free flowing limestones will be a game changer, and no doubt there will be a stampede for shares in Ukog and the rest of the HH players, where Alba has a 9.75% direct interest, if the the Brockham limestones free flow, which will greatly increase the likelihood of very good results from HH's planned EWT's........exciting times for all with truly transformational upside potential. IMO I would ignore Brockham as it is on other side of fault line so will bear no resemblance to HH which is already promising but just needs to be proven.
Brockham has been proven at under 100 bopd in the Portland but like HH not in the Kimmeridge.
Brockham is a splash, HH is a lake.
30% of a lake or 5% of a splash. Not a difficult decision to make.

I'm still slightly confused.

PERCENTAGE OF AIM SECURITIES NOT IN PUBLIC HANDS AT ADMISSION: 60.47%

If 150,000,000 shares is 60.47%

100% = 248,056,887 shares (but that does not tie in with 214,980,287 shares mentioned in schedule 1)

39.53% = 98,056,887 shares being offered at 6p = £5.8m

Maths not being my strong point but what do you think? HELP
