It does look as though Oil has found a new range at the moment.Its possible Trump is controlling the Oil price by blowing hot and cold on trade talks one tweet from him and thats all it takes . It was blowing hot with China to coincide with Saudi IPO.
and cuts from OPEC help. imho

I added a position this morning at 60.8. Spread was terrible, I was a bit early with it, could have got a better entry. Fingers crossed now.

Oil bullishness at a 2019 high - Hedge funds and other money managers are at their most bullish so far this year, posting a fifth consecutive week of rising bullish bets on Brent crude.
Short positions fell by 18 percent last week, according to Bloomberg. “There’s not many people who are willing to short this market,” Tyler Richey, co-editor at Sevens Report in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, told Bloomberg. “We could be near a market top, but it’s just too early to tell. Right now, the path of least resistance is higher for oil.”

You just have to look around the whole oil sector at present to see how undervalued it is. The majors BP and Shell and then others like ECO, PHAR and I3E then we have Tullow which currently is a basket case. The only one which has really got a move on is PMO.

If you go back a few years Gold stocks were in the same situation and have rallied unprecedentedly so hopefully, for the patient, they will see the same here.

Because the last "AT" was that price
ADVFN prices is whith "AT" prices not "O" prices
also the 60.36p was after hours 16:30:19
