Seriously Wodahsnoom,

What don't you understand with companies like TLW raising money from issuing bonds then paying the coupon rate? what don't you understand about that fact, explain to me what you don't understand and I will explain it to you in full.

Lads could be a very good week ahead. Strap on now. A lot of Analysts and Experts in the field are saying, the collapse in share price was way over done. So at minimum i expect 80p to 1pound over the coming days. Still 100% rise needed to recover to 140p but slowly should get back there. Its only the new traders that are celebrating, most long term holders are still in shock.

It could be 150,000 b/d and still be a fire sale if you’ve got 10 bln debt (beam me up Scottie)

Wodahsnoom,

I read every post on here, the debts are in bonds and TLW have enough money to pay the coupon rates, so nothing is really TLW don't have enough money to service debts, so your becoming a deramper IMO.

wodahsnoom,

Its obviously not going to be a fire sale on a minimum of 70,000 BOPD.

What planet are you on for even posting that and it crossing your mind?

On the information at hand tullow is not distressed and does not need to sell. This is critical if they do contemplate selling assets - it doesn’t have to be a fire sale

With all their over-lapping assets Total buying Tullow whilst in this distressed position makes perfect sense. Cant see any bid being successful under £2 though..it might sound a big premium on the current price but TLW's assets are world class :-) Tullows average share price has been well over £5 during the last ten years!

Wadohsnoom,

I bet they had friends spreadbetting it all the way down to 40p then switching it long, probably have a really fantastic RNS soon LOL.

I can Imagine if JR Ewing was still alive he'd be doing those sort of tricks PMSL.

Yes Ifthcapfits,I was looking at that this morning,If we had a Tullow car boot sale and got only 50% of its value it gives some an idea of its worth.

There was a slight sell off at the end as brent started falling with the on/off trade deal, it's recovered now so all going well Sunday night it should test 70p first thing Monday morning.

Yesterday there was a lot of profit taking but with high volume and a double digit rise, the recovery (to the market overreaction) will continue through the next session.

At the risk of being accused of ramping, there is a really interesting post on LSE hypothicating that the sum of the parts may be worth as much as some 12 billion. Be interested in others analysis of the figures.

Get hedging above $65 and Tlw should be fine albeit with some tough finance renegs to start next year.

With oil at $60 there is anticipated to be a MINIMUM of $150 Million Free cash flow, this is "After a $350 Million Group capital investment"

Clearly, absolutely clearly no worries about cash at $60, so at $65 it is essentially "Game On" for why the F is the company valuation so low.

No near term debt Maturities and headroom of > $1 Billion .
