22/9/2018 11:12 | Hi guys which block in Namibia is Tullow drilling in?. | robo175
21/9/2018 19:02 | On the ASX the rules are if there is anything material during a drill they have to collate the info before announcing, which might entail testing samples etc "(a) Pancontinental is seeking the trading halt pending the making of an announcement to the market in relation to the Cormorant-1 well, offshore Namibia and the results of drilling" This is why I think AEC said they are not aware. While Pan complete the announcement AEC also want to complete a Namibian deal ahead of the C1 results which is going to be very nip and tuck They are presenting in Sweden on Monday and Pan want to be trading on Tuesday | jimarilo
21/9/2018 15:04 | "Africa Energy is not aware of any material non-public information" Africa Energy have 10% of this well. You would have thought they were in the loop. Seems odd they don't know what's going on, whereas Pancon do. (if it's about drilling progress) | xxnjr1
21/9/2018 14:34 | Lets hope its good news | alfiex
21/9/2018 14:04 | Thanks. So news, good or bad, likely between now and Tuesday 25th September. | ifthecapfits
21/9/2018 14:01 | VANCOUVER, Sept. 21, 2018 /CNW/ - Africa Energy Corp. (TSX Venture: AFE) (Nasdaq First North: AEC) ("Africa Energy" or the "Company") acknowledges the stock trading halt in Pancontinental Oil and Gas NL (ASX: PCL) ("PCL") today pending an announcement regarding the Cormorant-1 well offshore the Republic of Namibia. Africa Energy is not aware of any material non-public information | jimarilo

21/9/2018 08:00 | Its a gusher! LOL - hope so. | ifthecapfits
21/9/2018 07:57 | ASX rules may need to announce every target zone hit Hence the above announcement possibly Certainly doesn't take four days to announce a duster | jimarilo
21/9/2018 04:24 | I would have thought the boys on the rig may have a sniff of something maybe next week, if they were going find something. Could be a few days ahead ? looking positive ? Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL (“Pancontinent | jimarilo
20/9/2018 15:05 | Very positive today, oil down tlw up. Good stuff and about time. | mcsean2164
20/9/2018 15:00 | Official number is about 15%. When I looked at some earlier PanContinental slides on Cormorant, their appeared to be a second deeper fan sitting underneath Cormorant. This underlying fan seems to be in close proximity to the Aptian source rock. Maybe they will drill deeper to test this too. OTOH TLW talk about only drilling cheap and simple wells. We'll see. | xxnjr1
20/9/2018 10:48 | Anyone have the CoS on the Namibia drill? | ifthecapfits
19/9/2018 17:22 | Good to know TLW are drilling Cormorant down to the Albian as per AOI presentation. | xxnjr1
19/9/2018 16:54 | TLW fans, get into Africa oil, train is leaving the station hxxp://www.africaoil | ggm5d
19/9/2018 16:25 | Mariopeter I think they are committed to drill in a time frame ss | subsurface
19/9/2018 15:43 | "On the demand side, the rolling 4-week average for gasoline demand hit a seasonal record high in data going back to 1990 last week." | ifthecapfits
19/9/2018 15:33 | Oilers squat and Oil migrates. Not expecting a good drill result in Namibia but something must have drawn them away from South America. | mariopeter
19/9/2018 15:27 | Namibia is a fantastic country. Spent two months there about 10 years ago - went bush - so to speak with a mate and his two dogs. share price doing nicely today. | ifthecapfits
19/9/2018 10:14 | Squatting in Namibia is all the rage these days. | xxnjr1
19/9/2018 09:32 | Don't forget Cormorant has only a 15% CoS, ie it's very unlikely to be a commercial discovery | fraserdean
19/9/2018 02:58 | Didn't see this coming, the acreage has some 3D completed already, next door to Eco's Cooper block PEL 30 and 40 clicks from Tullows C1 in PEL37 We also have a ready made CPR from TRP Page 6, the Delta prospects 5.68Bln barrels mid case Delta leads showing 6.68Bln barrels mid case .....cos up to 31% The Gamma prospect drops into this block as well Combine both PEL 29 and 2011A we have a grand total of 15.94Bln barrels mid case Two single prospects Gemsbok and Delta of 7.43Bln barrels mid case | jimarilo |
