Nicebut, I'm also a long term holder here unfortunately and will be taking up my rights once they are offered as I feel TLW like HUR could soon be on the receiving end of a bid.

Last time round I was convinced £20 would be hit so foolishly didn't sell at £16.

At this moment in time it is a proposed rights, it is either 5th or 6th when meeting to approve.

Net gearing target in the rights prospectus is 2.5 EBITDAX.
EBITDAX was nearly $1b 2016
Net gearing after the rights is about $3.8b
Looks like we are about to cash in on some asset (might begin with a K) for $1.5/2 b.
Hate to be short then.
All about timing.
