10/4/2017 09:10 | The nil paid shares are your tradeable rights. You can sell then, or pay 130p to become fully paid TLW shares. Well done if you sold your TLWN Phillis. I thought you said you were taking up the rights? | typo56
10/4/2017 09:01 | sold late Friday pm :-) | phillis
10/4/2017 08:47 | Well done Moneybags. On Friday TLWN was trading as if the exercise price is about 100p, not 130p. | typo56
10/4/2017 08:43 | That's why I sold 102,040 right NP this goodly morn, my entire holding.I think it is bonkers as well. I bought back into Tullow 10 days ago with 200,000 Ords so I can now run the Ords Shares if they go up, If they go down, I just sell before the post rights when the Ords main price will weaken............Un It's all good fun anyway.............. Regards , MoneyHappyBags | moneybags
10/4/2017 08:37 | TLWN currently down -13.37% Still seems a bonkers high price compared with TLW (as I type 118p for rights vs 229p for TLW). Why sacrifice 118p and pay 130p to take up your rights when you could just buy TLW for 229p? I don't get it. If I had the rights (i.e. TLWN) I'd definitely sell them, not take them up. | typo56
10/4/2017 08:27 | TLWN currently down -13.37% | billy_buffin

10/4/2017 08:06 | Why are the TLWN nil paid rights trading at such a premium to TLW - 130p? Towards close on Friday they were almost 134p whan TLW was just about touching 230p. At these levels, why does anyone want to take up their rights when they can sell their TLWN and buy TLW a lot cheaper in the market? Surely a great arb there if you can short TLWN? | typo56
10/4/2017 07:48 | I thought Brent Crude would have been more up on the far east market last night/Monday Morn, In the year of our lord 2017 Regards , MoneyOilyBags | moneybags

07/4/2017 18:13 | It seems to me that based on the price at the end of trade this afternoon, you could sell the nil paid rights, put the proceeds together with the funds you would otherwise have required to take up your rights and even after dealing costs you could buy significantly more shares in the market. Does anyone happen to know what the CGT rules are in such circumstances? Have you made a part disposal of your holding, even if you buy straight back in to the 'parent' stock? | spot1034
07/4/2017 17:55 | Bought with target of 340p | tjbird
07/4/2017 17:52 | I tried to explain when the RI was announced that the real money is made by those trading the NP. The NP are treated as and traded as highly leveraged options. Those who bought shares at 200p now have a share valued at 226p and half a NP per share valued at half of 125p. So the gain if sold today is 88,5p, Not a bad return for a main market share in the short space of time since the RI was announced. | leedskier

07/4/2017 07:08 | this share price will be laughed at in 12 months time. Assetts being sold, bondholders holding reduced, debt reduced and great producing assetts coming on stream. | mpclag
06/4/2017 19:00 | Price holding up really well... Imagine it will go significantly north from here. | mcsean2164 |
