30/10/2017 20:16 | Exhibit 7 of WH presentation. Looks to me like they expect bopd to look as follows: 2018=2800 (without west coast asset), 2019=3150, 2020=4200, 2021=4850. | ![]() wingspan

30/10/2017 16:03 | Many thanks for that wwick. You did indeed include quotation marks and I looked in vain for the comment but was not able to locate it. Clearly I need to change my spectacles. Very bullish of a broker to give such a short term price target, very bullish indeed ! | ![]() mesquida
30/10/2017 13:38 | Hi mes. That is a direct quote from the bottom of page 6 "We set our December 2017 PT at 33p, implying an impressive 83% potential upside from the current share price." - I believe I included quotation marks. | wwick
30/10/2017 13:30 | wwick, you say that Whitman Howard have set their December 2017 price target at 33p but that is not the way I read it. I think what they said was that their price target was 33p , with no mention of the time scale involved, but I stand to be corrected if you can point me in the direction of the words that you have quoted in your message earlier today. | ![]() mesquida

30/10/2017 10:19 | Jemjem, I agree with what you are saying. I very much imagine that the company CFO also does and will be keeping on top of the hedging strategy. After all, we do not actually know what they are hedging currently. It is still fair for them to say that the WTI oil price is key. It almost goes without saying but sometimes the market needs a reminder! | ![]() bones

30/10/2017 08:22 | I notice that CERP and TXP are also presenting at the 121Conference. Although only invested in Trinity, would be interested if there is any feedback from the them that people think impacts positively or negatively on TRINs assets/market. Thanks | ![]() uapatel
30/10/2017 08:16 | Bones. I view the $40 hedge more as a stop loss disaster insurance position, rather than a real hedge. It cannot be beyond their wit to open some long dated short positions with someone like CMC. They have the funds to put up the margin and it gets rid of some of their concerns if they were to do it for say, 500-750 barrels a day? Imo | ![]() jemjem
30/10/2017 08:06 | Jemjem They have $40 put options in place already as a hedge. I agree they could probably get some more longer dated ones while they are going cheap. Maybe they already are?Hedging at the $50 level might be a bit expensive though. TRIN still have a mind to preserve cash flow. | ![]() bones
30/10/2017 07:57 | If they perceive the oil price as the "key risk" and they are so risk averse... why don't they do a proper hedge of some of their production at current oil prices. That then mitigates some "key risk". Imo | ![]() jemjem
30/10/2017 07:52 | Well our 'key risk' (oil price) is looking 'unrisky' today, 54.11 :-) | ![]() woodpeckers
