I knew about the dip before my previous posting.

I am showing a loss on my top up.

On a general note, It may be the fact that even if Tribal didn't win any more contracts, they are likely to be able to clear their debts within a couple of years and are also likely to be able to show strong profits for a few more.

Just as long as they can hang onto the contracts they have got now until they run out.

But if they continue to win new contracts as well and retain all they have, it could be a very interesting time ahead.

Just my opinion.

As I've said before, I'm no expert.

It contrasts greatly with the likes of QPP which may or may not do anything but attracts a lot of comment whereas poor old Tribal, which has a very solid and growing income base and can be virtually guaranteed to repeat or even better the last 12 months, is totally ignored.

I just don't understand it.

If Tribal doesn't hit 300 this year, I am convinced it will in 2014 and probably, imho, reach 400 or even more. If it doesn't get taken over, this company is going to grow into a big hitter.

Why?

It is now a tightly focused company that has managed to throw off the problems that brought it down.
It has a virtually guaranteed long term strong and growing income stream from long term contracts with governmental and public sector bodies through much of the English speaking world
Its SITS product is an off the peg product that lends itself to be easily tailored to the needs of most universities. It dominates its university market in the UK and is strong in the same market in Oz and NZ. It would come as no surprise if it made inroads into the USA.
Its main competitors are large, provide a wide range of products, are not nearly as focused and cannot offer the same tailored service that Tribal can. Hence Tribal's success in consistently winning contracts.
There are high barriers to entry into the market so Tribal has a strong moat around it in those areas.
It also has a strong presence in school inspections in the UK and is strong in schools in OZ with a growing presence in the USA and elsewhere.
It is developing the diversity of its products within the educational sector.
Within a couple of years it should be debt free.

What is there not to like?

It's like another one of mine - POLR. More than doubled this year, only 3 posts this month.

I'v sometimes wondered why the lack of interest, considering the underlying strength of the company.
It's a good job I don't mind talking to myself.

I'm not an expert but I'm a long term holder and have watched the company and the way the price has moved over time, quite closely.

Just a feeling. Nothing more.

The last time it hit £1.80, it didn't stay there long.

Perhaps some traders who see it as a point to take profits.

It fell back today.

Got there.

But I expect a tree shake in the next few days, especially if it goes above £1.80.
