18/3/2013 20:18 | I think it may hit 200p by the end of the year and next year could be even better illtud | illtud
18/3/2013 19:47 | Sitting on an average buy of 64p here; now way above my profit% so I should offload some but............. I still believe we may have a 20/30% upside in the not too distant future. Decisions decisions!! | killieboy

11/3/2013 10:38 | For anyone who may be interested in why I am a fan of Tribal, I have been following SITS, one of the most profitable components of Tribal for some years. From even before it was ever part of Tribal. As an independent business SITS was always profitable and it continued to be profitable after Tribal took it over, even when other parts of Tribal were making horrendous losses. It was SITS profits, along with the profits made by the other education arm of Tribal that enabled Tribal to survive the losses that other parts of the business, mainly health, were making and it was those profits that persuaded the banks to re-finance Tribal to keep Tribal going while the loss making health businesses were sold off. It is the profits that the refocused Tribal education business, including SITS, is making that is enabling Tribal to quickly pay off the large loans that the previous management, unwisely, took out to buy the loss making health businesses. Now that Tribal has divested itself of the loss making businesses, I feel sure that this week's report will reflect a significant turnaround. As long as Tribal retains its current focus I am likely to remain a fan. | illtud
07/3/2013 18:14 | Someone is still trying to drive the share price down | illtud
06/3/2013 18:06 | The chart shows that the share price dropped sharply before each surge. Just as it has now. illtud | illtud
06/3/2013 18:03 | mick33 Maybe the trading update was a response to the sudden, very peculiar, drop in the share price so close to the results. Was someone trying to manipulate the share price and drive it down? illtud | illtud
06/3/2013 17:57 | penpoint I am a pure amateur. You will have no problem tearing my guestimate to shreds. Fwiw I did a calculation based on a version of the Warren Buffett formula. The bottom line to it is how much confidence you have in the company's growth prospects. I have a lot of confidence in this one because: They have a number of long term cash generating contracts that have anticipated shelf lives of at least 10 years. Based on previous history, the contracts are expected to generate additional business over the lifetime of the contracts that should provide additional income streams. The present and 'locked in' future income streams are expected to enable all debt to be cleared within a couple of years leaving a debt free cash generating business The existing business has always been very profitable and is what kept Tribal going while the rest (the bits that have been sold off) were losing huge sums of cash. The company's troubles hid that fact. Imho my 300p guestimate might be conservative. illtud | illtud
06/3/2013 17:37 | excluding business activities closed during 2012, the Board now anticipates reporting revenue for the year ended 31 December 2012 in line with expectations, and adjusted profit before tax for the year ended 31 December 2012 of approximately GBP12.8m. What does that actually mean? |£12.8m before or after any profits or losses from business closures?? | 9degrees
06/3/2013 14:58 | Would love to know the circumstances behind this trading update being only one week away from results . Cant believe it was planned to have a trading update and results in the space of a week .. | mick33
06/3/2013 13:04 | Illud - based on what? I'm a holder here but that seems ambitious..... | penpont
