It all depends what peoples expectations are.

I am not really expecting an announcement about a contract any time soon.

Looking at past reports, there has been a significant growth in income that, imo, reflects an increase in the number of good sized contracts, few of which have been publicised. I would be surprised if there was an announcement of that kind. It doesn't seem to be in the Board's style.

Just a good, solid, growing company with excellent products that sell well anywhere in the world and few serious rivals.

I know.

The previous management had the brilliant idea that the NHS was going to be sold off in double quick time so borrowed squillions to buy up companies that were going to make a fortune when it happened.

If one were charitable, one might say their timing was slightly out.

The present management came in to do a rescue job and, so far, they don't seem to have put a foot wrong.

But all that is just my opinion.

What a performance. Hardly any move on the results day. Has there been a broker upgrade or recommendation anywhere . Still well over a doubler for me and long term hold.

Director Shareholding



On 28 June 2012 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") announced that Group Finance Director Steve Breach had entered into a trading plan pursuant to which Mr Breach will use his monthly pension contributions until at least June 2013 to purchase ordinary shares in the Company each month.



As such the Company has been notified that on 20 May 2013 Mr Breach purchased 1,946 shares at a price of 154.13p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 275,283 ordinary shares in the Company or 0.29% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Looks like they continue to grow Internationally. Order book £158m to 30 Apr 2013 compared to £168m upto. 30 dec 12 for the whole year. I reading this right
