Thanks for the optimism HH, my shares are still showing in my account, would be great to see them come back to life at some point. Not holding my breath though and if we were 1/3 our holding in 2020 what have the done since…. Frustrating they had squandered £10m of potential share holder value by 2020 as that was my reasoning for holding TGL into suspension.

Ilyas could sell fridges to Eskimos. And wouldn't give a toss if it broke down 5mins after selling it.

No, no call yet. Reading Peters comments I doubt they ever were going to call. I’m sure I, you, and a million other investors have tried in the past, so there’s no point in trying to chase it up now.

I just wanted a round about time regards a relisting and a chance for us holders to get something back after the backing we provided several years ago now.

Cheers Hedge,

It would be nice if our Quantinuum share was in the 10's of £millions.

Be nice to hear something from the philanthropist CEO at quantiniuum & Stanhill, ilyas Khan.

ITS's latest accounts have been published.

They're showing little change on the year: the main change being a c. £1K. decrease in net current assets, to £791,849.

The value of fixed assets, which is apparently where ITS's holding in CQCL-Quantinuum is recorded (at the original cost price), is unchanged, which is good news: i.e. no further share were sold during 2021.
This value is now of course far higher than the original price paid.

No, I have not had the call yet. I did say, due to the pain meds I need to sleep in the afternoon and I am unavailable from 2-30pm to 5pm weekdays and I was assured, the call would be made with this in mind. The email was pleasant and I explained why I am eager for a relisting or buy back option, so to fund the back Op in the US and get my life back.
If they do fail in their attempt to update me, given what I’ve said, probably tells me everything I need to know. It will be disappointing for sure. When I was told in Nov 2019, nothing more can be offered in terms of treatments, I thought that was it, life over and just wait to die. Matra had just gone bankrupt, so that was not an option. In early 2021, I had a little win on the Irish lottery and put my £7,000 into crypto and up to Nov 2021, I had finally got involved with something that increased in value, that was until it started to nose dive and still continues to. Unfortunately it didn’t get close to the £100k I needed for the op. So when the share certificates from TGL arrived in summer this year, I was given a chance, little chance admittedly, but still some hope.
I wouldn’t be surprised if someone from TGL reads these boards and if they do, hopefully realise, some of us would really like to have our loyalty rewarded and would make a huge difference to me anyway. But, they are a business and they say, in business, there are no friends.
I may of forgotten about TGL, but I would of remembered some day. Regardless, I will ask about the slides re strategy if and when they call.
All the best for Christmas and New Year TGL’ites

Thanks for the invitation, Plazapokerpro.

As ITS is due to publish its latest accounts within 11 days (having received a 3 month extension), it might be better if they phone you after that - in the New Year (although you don't control this), which should also enable a fuller 2022 update.

These accounts should provide an update on ITS's CQCL stake as at 31.12.21 (we know they had a stake then, but not the size), which since late last year has held a stake in Quantinuum.

GOS Systems has apparently been profitable for the three years 2019-2021, so hopefully this has continued in 2022.

As regards a liquidity event for shareholders: the reset of technology valuations downwards this year could complicate and delay that somewhat, but I'm still optimistic of something in 2023, when market conditions should have improved somewhat.

Another profitable cybersecurity company - Smarttech 247 (S247) - floated last week, at a quite generous valuation for the times, which shows that there is still some investor appetite out there for quality small technology companies.

S247's market cap. at its floatation price was about six times its annual revenue last year:-

I have a phone call arriving very soon from the TGL now ITS after I emailed again asking why they are not replying to my emails after they said, they would help with the sale of my shares.
Obv, after Hedge explained about the potential, I have no interest in selling for peanuts now, but I am not passing up an opportunity to speak to them.

So, is there anything anyone wants me to ask them when they do phone which should be next week which will be the week leading up to Christmas. Like mentioned in my previous posts, I’m clueless with all this stuff and so, I’m asking what’s the best questions to put to whoever phones.

My first question will be, if and when they intend to relist on a stock exchange so share holders can buy more shares (you like how I said that and not say about selling shares…) But apart from that, what else would anyone like to know. I guess I could ask about our percentage in that Quantum computer company and how do we get value from our shares within that company.

So please, let me know if anything you’d like to know.

I'm very confident, Divmad, that we should get significant value back here by some means.

How that would happen remains to be seen - we could get value back in another form to the relisting of ITS.

Cheers Hedge, that was just what I was after, appreciate you taking the time to explain in simple terms for me.

I unfortunately can’t read either, I thought 5 million plus shares but when I actually checked, it was 2.26 million, but I can still work out what they are likely to be worth.

Like I said in my previous reply, if they are worth £10k, I don’t care how skint I am, I will not sell, especially with what you have said above. This was my I never cashed in my Matra shares. I was offered 1/10th of what I paid, pretty pointless really, on the off chance they could turn it around. But TGL and Khan was why I took the punt in this and thanks to your explanation, I think I’ll put them back in the envelope, save this thread and carry on with my sad pathetic life until I read we are now £millionaires if I live that long of course. At least I can make sure the wife knows about this now.

Same to you squire, good health and all that. I shall read on in the background now.

Plazapokerpro,

Very sorry to hear about your health condition.

Your 5 million or so shares is a relatively large retail shareholding.

The market cap. of TGL (now ITS) at delisting was £3.57M. at 0.525p (680,982,800 shares in issue x 0.525p).

So you hold about three quarters of a per cent of the company, which at the delisting price of 0.525p would be worth c. £26K.

The price offered in March 2021 was £0.037p/share (see post 8341 above).

That would value your c. 5M. shares at c. £1.85K., and value the entire company at c. £0.25M.

In comparison, ITS's stake in Quantinuum could currently be worth millions.
And ITS also owns GOS Systems, a profitable high tech security company.

We don't have enough detailed information to put a precise value on the ITS shares, but they look to me like they are probably worth multiples of the offer price, with the potential to rise considerably from that level.

Good luck for the future, in both your health and finances.
