Fovargue,

DO you still wish you had held TRX instard of TGL, in view of TRX'S new deeply-discounted fundraising? -

"I send a query the other day, waiting to hear back. Cqcl raised a lot of money, millions, only this month."

" ... I also said Cqcl just raised 60m euro and is doing great. Can we not leverage off this success in other ways? ... "

CQCL's 60M. euros fundraising just a few months ago is looking very well-timed, in view of the market crash, and shows what a shrewd operator Ilyas Khan is.

Also note that IBM became a strategic investor in CQCL last month:

"Cambridge, England, February 10, 2020 - Cambridge Quantum Computing
(“CQC”), a leading global quantum computing company, announced today that IBM
has become a strategic investor in the company. The investment comes after years of
collaboration between CQC and IBM’s quantum computing team."

Looking at the current TGL ticker owner it is not faring that well for them either. An original holding at 250 now only being worth 50 is not not better than the position we find ourselves in.

At least Stanhill believe the holding is worth similar to when we delisted.

I'm realistic about timescales here, but never/ever is a long time.
I can't see any justification for the view that we will likely never get any money back: if this share was trading, such negativity would be viewed as 'capitulation', just as things are improving!

This was my view last spring, but I'm a bit more optimistic on timescales than then, due to the good/great progress by GOS & CQCL. -

" ... ITS's debt is relatively modest, and by way of a 'soft' loan from Stanhill.
My view therefore is that the value of ITS could currently be at least about the value at delisting (about half a penny per share). And that value could increase over time.
But I'm not really anticipating any return of monies to us, or (re)listing of ITS/CQCL, for a few years.
(Albeit plans in business and investment can change rapidly, so that could potentially be sooner in the right circumstances.) ... "

The NAV per share is about what it was on delisting so that's the good news, along with us now making a small profit and the cqcl share holding. Bad news is; they need funding but too small for PE to touch, they cant sell shares as not on AIM anymore to raise funds so hard to grow the business, we have become more lean (good for costs) but lost our sales arm needed for the quantum key sales (cqcl will likely use someone else now), we still have debt to stanhill and with no listing we, shareholders, can never sell our holding.Bit of a catch 22. I think they would like us all to invest heavily in the company via a raise but there is not the appetite.

Chesy,

I really don't hold out much hope of ever seeing our investments back. They certainly aren't giving us the slightest hint of that prospect, very much the opposite in fact.

Look who's talking Stig!

1. CQCL (Cambridge Quantum computing Ltd.), in which ITS has a holding probably worth millions, has become a stunning success: recently raising over £50M., and with 80+ employees.
When we first started posting about it, CQCL was just a humble start-up.

2. GOS Systems (owned by ITS) has now become a profitable high tech security company.

The market cap. of TGL (now ITS) at delisting was just £3.57M. at 0.525p (680,982,800 shares in issue x 0.525p).

P.S. You've picked a bad day to try to gloat at me, with my pick KIBO up 48.1% today to 0.6p!

Chesy,

Thanks for that helpful update.

The fact that GOS Systems has broken through to profit (even a small one) is great news: the target for 2019 was to hopefully break-even - see the helpful report from Singray below.

This increases the takeover value of GOS, as companies don't want to buy a liability.
And not having to finance GOS losses decreases the need to sell more of ITS's holding in CQCL.

So well done and thanks to the people at GOS and Stanhill for doing a great turnaround job here.

I'm increasingly confident that we will eventually get some decent value back.

"Hi guy, yes we went for drinks after the meeting, quite a few of them in fact, one of the GOS people was in there also and was very positive about the future, got home late. Nothing new to report though unfortunately, yes they have been running big losses, expected about £60k loss for 2018, break even 2019 hopefully. Stanhill will continue with their line of credit and CQC shares were sold for working capital, almost impossible to raise funds right now. Some new products, main business remains the police forces, Stanhill remain very positive. No link up, no buyer, no RTO. The quantum Key business seems to be a bit of a red herring, one day maybe, they denied that CQC have a working Quantum encryption key, as far as they know its not something that GOS can make use of as things stand and the rights that we had have expired, they do seem uncomfortable talking about this though when it is brought up.
SD99 is a really decent fella, he may have something to say about our options going forward. Thats about it folks."

Hedge you need to give waseem a call from stanhill, I spoke to him in November. It will give you some clarity. Previously I had spoken to Idris a few times. The business is making a small profit. The Keys are still a little while off but I don't think GOS is now the vehicle to distribute them unfortunately (my impression). Call him and let me know if you concur. Where we get some good value down the road from our cqcl shares, remains to be seen.

Just over a year ago, ITS-GOS held an annual shareholder meeting:

"Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions Limited (“Intelicrypt”, or the “Company”)

Annual Shareholder Meeting

London, 18 December 2018 – Intelicrypt, the holding company of GOS Systems ("GOS"), a UK technology group and specialist in secure communications and tactical intelligence, today provides shareholders a notice as follows. The Company will be hosting an annual shareholder meeting at 14.00 GMT on Thursday 17th January 2019 at 3rd Floor, 32 St James’s Street, London SW1A 1HD.

About GOS Systems

GOS Systems is a global telecommunications carrier providing a range of leading-edge tactical and strategic intelligence gathering and communication solutions for law enforcement, government agencies and commercial entities

For further information please contact info@gos-systems.com"

But there's been no notification of one for this year.

Perhaps they're holding off for something?

Or maybe they don't feel that one is necessary at all, if they don't expect ITS-GOS to be independent for too much longer ...

Stig,

For you to call someone else sad is like Genghis Khan preaching about world peace.

And your postings remind me of the following notorious historical quotes:
“The great masses of the people will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.”
“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it”

Forargue,

That's just the TRX fall today, after having been ramped relentlessly with the most appalling b.s.

If you'd lost 14.3% a day for even just one week, you'd have lost over half your money.

And many TRX investors have lost far more than that: it's declined from over 30p in early 2014, and from over 8p since early last year, to the current share price of barely a penny.
